Honey, what should we do this weekend? Drive 2hrs to Saint-Sauveur, eat at Mont Bistro, stay at a hotel nearby & then eat there again the next day, drive home & dream about the next time we will go back to Mont Bistro. 😁❤🙏

C'est tres bon!! This was our 2nd time to stop here on our way to Mont Tremblant from Montreal. They are so incredibly sweet & accommodating. Our flight was delayed, but they welcomed us even an hour past our reservation time. The food is incredible! We ate everything on our plate.

Nous avons été accueillis rapidement & chaleureusement, ce qui a immédiatement instauré une ambiance conviviale. Malgré l'absence temporaire d'une serveuse, le service assuré par Karole a été impeccable : professionnel, attentionné, amical & efficace. Le concept de cuisine ouverte contribue à créer une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse & décontractée, idéale pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience.
Nous avons hésité à opter pour la table d'hôte, mais je suis ravie d'avoir fait ce choix. Les bouchées de macaron, truffe & ricotta fouettée en entrée ont été une excellente mise en bouche, délicates & savoureuses. La tartelette aux poireaux gratinée au fromage Louis D'or a confirmé la qualité de la cuisine, avec ses saveurs riches & fondantes. En plat principal, le steak accompagné de légumes était parfaitement cuit, simple mais raffiné.
Pour clôturer ce repas, la mousse au chocolat amer, accompagnée d'un coulis de confitures & de crème fouettée, était un véritable délice. Toutes les saveurs étaient présentes : sucrée, salée, acidulée, offrant une véritable fête en bouche. Une merveilleuse découverte que je recommande vivement à tous les amateurs de bonnes tables.

Un petit bijou de restaurant, une quarantaine de places, ambiance familiale & service personnalisé avec un personnel aux petits soins. L'expérience gustative fut au rendez-vous & surtout, recherchée, raffinée & cohérente. Je recommande ce restaurant chaleureux qui amène un lot de fraîcheur dans l'univers disparates de la restauration. Merci à toute l'équipe !
