Greeted in a small charming Bistro by a lovely smiling lady, we get the pleasure of seating at the bar, best place if you ask me cause you get to see the chef in action & interacting with him, food is fresh, tasty, seasoned to perfection. Place is full, chef is cool like a cucumber & popping plates with precision one after the other one . Every little details counts. Nice wine list, lots of Canadian (Québec) spirits. We'll be back again & again. Great job!
À chacun de nos voyages à saint sauveur nous venons a Mont bistro. La cuisine est toujours délicieuse pleine de saveur. Nous adorons ce lieu le service est très sympathique & nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu qui est devenu notre tradition
Quelle magnifique soirée de couple dans ce petit Bistro à St-Sauveur! Un souper table d'hôte gastronomique avec des plats tous incroyablement délicieux!! & que dire du service courtois avec des serveuses & serveurs qui ont à coeur la clientèle & s'assure que notre expérience soit la meilleure possible! L'ambiance? On s'y sent chez soi!! Je recommande à tout le monde qui veut passer une soirée parfaite!
Our group of 14 recently dined at Mont Bistro, & while the staff were friendly & tried their best to accommodate us, the overall experience was underwhelming.
Service was polite but quite slow - courses came out inconsistently, & the long gaps between dishes made the meal feel dragged out.
As for the food, opinions around the table were mixed. The portions were on the small side, though most dishes were presented nicely. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the presentation. The fish was mushy, the chicken was overly salty, & the risotto had an overpowering cheese flavor that dominated everything else. My New York steak was the biggest disappointment - thin, way overcooked, & full of gristle.
Mont Bistro has a pleasant atmosphere & friendly service, but the kitchen execution needs serious improvement before we'd consider returning.

Ce restaurant de type bistro est sans aucun doute une trouvaille que je voulais essayer depuis longtemps. Que dire de l'accueil, du service, des conseils sur le vin & le repas, l'ambiance bin-enfant était très agréable avec mes fils on s'est bien amusés. La salle est environ 50,places & avec la terrasse, ouverte & la belle température c'ètait une soirèe incroyable, le personnel était super attentif du début á la fin. On va répéter c'est certain
En tant qu'habitué du Mont Bistro, je me permets de partager un autre point de vue. Il est tout à fait légitime d'exprimer une déception, mais je crois aussi que l'expérience mérite parfois d'être replacée dans un contexte plus large.
Ce restaurant se distingue par la qualité de son service, le soin apporté aux produits & une approche créative de la cuisine. L'équipe est attentive, accueillante, & toujours ouverte aux commentaires constructifs lorsqu'ils sont partagés sur place.
Je comprends que certaines attentes n'aient pas été comblées ce jour-là, mais il serait peut-être juste de considérer l'ensemble de l'intention derrière ce type d'établissement. À mon avis, un dialogue direct avec l'équipe aurait permis une solution immédiate.
Je vous encourage sincèrement à revisiter votre avis avec un peu de recul, ou à vivre une seconde expérience avant de tirer une conclusion définitive. Ce lieu a beaucoup à offrir.

Excellent petit bistro, ambiance chaleureuse. Très bonne nourriture avec ingrédients de qualité. Nous avons eu Christophe comme serveur, connaît son menu, drôle & souriant! C'était notre première visite. Merci beaucoup!
Amazing place in saint sauveur village, food & vibe was on point. Owners are hands on to the elevate whole dining experience & maintaining superior customer satisfaction. Overall great little bistro, would 100% reccomend & will be going back.
