What an incredible place. Michelin guide recommended well deserved. The food was outstanding, creative & original. The wine pairing is absolutely on target & subtle. Jade & Noah served us like we were regulars. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, the food was really of international caliber. The price is very well balanced considesring the quality & time required to prepare. We will return often.

Cuisine locale avec un menu qui s'ajuste au fil des saisons. Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous & le menu 3 services est parfait pour goûter une plus grande variété de saveurs. Nous avons aussi apprécié le tiramisu version « québécoise » sans café ni chocolat, délicieux & original

J'ai adoré ma soirée de St-Valentin, les repas était succulent (même le doré crue). Jade, notre Hôtesse/conseillère en vin ,est une vrai perle. Je recommande a tout ceux & celles qui veulent une expérience culinaire extraordinaire & surtout qui vient d'ici.

We were a huge group of +25, with many people having dietary restrictions. The level of presentation, flavour & quality of ingredients were amazing.

We had a couple of request which they went above & beyond to fully.

The services was fantastic from beginning to end.

Very very solid restaurant all around.
