A beautiful little place right by the ski slopes. Their wine selection is different a well thought out for their seasonal food. They do offer a pairing option which we did not try but I'd be open to trying it.
Their service was thoughtful & present while not pushy. We had oyster & their 5 course tasing menu for their 5 year anniversary. It was also our first time there & we would go back.
The bar was busy & everyone seemed to be having a great time which makes for a great atmosphere. They make great cocktails too at the bar.
It's a unique place in a beautiful location at spare no expense pricing because it's not cheap.

Cet endroit est un incontournable des Laurentides, un véritable bijou. Le menu est principalement composé d'ingrédients locaux, changeant au gré des saisons. Les plats sont tout en finesse, aussi délicieux qu'ils en ont l'air (& que dire de la sélection exceptionnelle de vins natures). L'équipe est géniale, tant au service qu'en cuisine, je recommande vivement! Photos variées de mes différentes visites.
Beautiful ingredients, local produce, & a thoughtful natural wine selection. The effort in the kitchen is remarkable, & the service is truly exceptional.
That said, the portions are far too small. I understand & appreciate the pricing that comes with high-quality products-but they're not operating in downtown New York. There's definitely room to be more generous with the portions, & they should consider it.

Amatrice de vin intense, je me suis aventurée dans un bar à vin à Saint-Sauveur, sans aucune attente particulière (admettons-le, un peu de préjugé de citadine;). Cependant, j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de leur sélection de vins naturels & leur proposition gastronomique. Seul petit hic, indépendant de leur volonté, une jeune femme est entrée dans le restaurant enveloppée dans un nuage de parfum (vraiment, en 2024 ?), transformant malheureusement notre expérience olfactive en un mélange indistinct d'eau de quelque chose d'extrêmement sucré à la Kim Kardashian. Les restaurants & bars devraient éventuellement peut-être suivre la parade des endroits qui interdisent le port très marqué de parfum (centre de sport, yoga, foire commerciale & internationale, événements industrie) pour les allergiques dont moi. Née dans les années 70', je suis allergique à RIEN mais le gros parfum lourd malheureusement déclenche une série d'éternuements sans compter l'odeur fort désagréable. Je veux bien garder mon nez pour le vin.;) Less is more ladies (& guys;) & cheers !

Bravo à l'équipe du Baumier. Très belle sélection de vin. Le menu proposé est de saison & très bien exécuté. Mon coup de coeur sont que les légumes sont à l'honneur. Plein de saveurs, on en redemande encore & encore. 🎉
Vous êtes de loin mon restaurant favori. Pour le service (Nathalie est tout simplement fantastique), l'ambiance, le confort, la sélection de vins. & bien évidemment, la nourriture qui est sublime à chaque expérience. Je suis charmée à chaque visite!
