Première visite au Restaurant Mont Bistro à Saint-Sauveur ce midi & honnêtement, quelle belle découverte!

Le service a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. L'équipe était chaleureuse, professionnelle, souriante & attentionnée, sans jamais être envahissante. On sentait réellement qu'iels étaient réellement heureux.es d'accueillir les gens.

J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié leur belle sélection de mocktails. Presque tous les cocktails avaient une version sans alcool, ce qui est rare.

Pour commencer, j'ai pris le velouté de courge, tomate & parmesan & c'était délicieux. Les saveurs étaient parfaitement équilibrées, la texture était onctueuse à souhait &, chose rare pour moi au restaurant, j'ai terminé le bol au complet.

En plat principal, j'ai choisi la salade de chèvre torché, betteraves & poires avec crumble sucré. La présentation était magnifique & tout était très bien exécuté.

La portion était un peu petite pour le prix, alors c'est à retenir si vous avez une faim de loup, mais la qualité & le goût faisaient oublier ce détail.

Petit coup de coeur aussi pour l'ambiance de la terrasse : très cozy, avec de belles attentions qui font toute la différence. Les grandes serviettes en tissu ajoutaient une belle touche élégante & chaque chaise avait une couverture ultra douce pour les journées un peu plus fraîches.

Ce sont ces petits détails qui rendent l'expérience encore plus mémorable.

Bref, je suis vraiment contente d'avoir découvert cet endroit & j'y retournerai sans hésiter!
