Excellents fruits de mer & portions assez généreuses. Le petit plateau est particulièrement décadent. L'ambiance est dynamique & la musique style funk techno lounge bien choisie. Le restaurant était plein (intérieur & terrasse) vers 19 h 30, mais s'est vidé progressivement entre 20 h 30 & 21 h. Malheureusement, le service ne se rapproche en rien de la qualité des plats. L'écart est flagrant : échanges très courts & impersonnels, peu d'attention entre les services, peu de respect des règles de service de base (p. ex., éviter de servir des cocktails à la table avec à la main d'autres verres sales, etc.). La facture s'est élevée à 352,67 $ + pourboire pour deux personnes. Dans cette catégorie de prix, on s'attend à beaucoup beaucoup plus.

Expérience absolument incroyable chez Olynicks. Le poulpe était parfaitement cuit - super tendre avec une saveur incroyable & une belle cuisson grillée. Les pétoncles étaient très frais & cuits à la perfection également. Excellents cocktails, service impeccable & très belle ambiance. On voit que la cuisine porte attention à chaque détail.
As you can see we love this place. St. Sauveur has many restaurants. Some average, some good & some not so good. When you find a restaurant that consistently makes you want to come back & bring your friends you have struck gold. The food is creative & delicious. The salmon tartare is sublime & so is the octopus. If you are looking for fresh fish or seafood beautifully prepared, & a warm & welcoming atmosphere this restaurant is a must try.
C'était tranquille en ce jeudi mais aux petits soins, tout était excellent!! Une margarita epicée bon choix 👌 huitres rockfellers, pieuvres , raviolis homard 🦞miammm
La première fois, tout était bon! Mais la 2e fois, Nos huîtres Rockefeller étaient sèches & petites, le service moyennement courtois, salade Cesar en accompagnement chargé au plein prix, tartare de salmon aux tomates sechées correct avec chips commercial ranch. Pour le prix, on s'attendait à du WOW comme on a ailleurs à St Sauveur …..

Amazing meal & one of the best seafood spots I've been to in years. The inventive aspect of some of their dishes (beef tartare with lobster), amazing seafood platter & thoughtful variety, showcases their attention to detail. The seafood they source is clearly of the highest quality & their wine list was equally impeccable.
We can't wait to go back !
Que dire de ce resto, à part que c'est un trésor des Laurentides! Les huitres à 1$ pour commencer étaient top. La tour de fruits de mer un must, assez copieux même le petite. Fraicheur incroyable, on se serait cru sur le bord de la mer. Plat de pétoncles & raviolis aux homard succulents , excellents desserts. Service fort sympathique & courtois. On y retourne dès que possible!
