À chaque fois je suis comblée. Tant pour l'expérience, les drinks fabuleux, la nourriture incroyable (aujourd'hui j'ai eu un frisson avec l'entrée de fromage de chèvre torché & betteraves) & les sympathiques serveuses & propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute, souriants & n'hésitent pas à nous conseiller & répondre à nos questions.
Excellente adresse… ambiance conviviale menée d'une main de maître par Xavier notre serveur avec toute sa sympathie. Les deux tartares, saumon & boeuf sont légers & bien assaisonnés.. un restaurant incontournable de St Sauveur.
Très beau restaurant , on voit toute la cuisine ! J'y ai mangé mon meilleur tartare de boeuf à vie ! L'émulsion de fromage parmesan donne un goût unique , ajoute de la texture , un goût incroyable & unique ! Excellent service avec Xavier , je vais y retourner pour le tartare de boeuf certain !

My fiancé & I recently had dinner here & are still talking about the incredible meal we had four days later. The appetizers were divine, we had the bison carpaccio & scallops with pork jowl, & could have ordered multiple rounds of just those appetizers & have been satisfied. We both ordered the lamb & couldn't believe how delicious it was. Topping off the night with the crème brûlée & deep fried ice cream, we couldn't have asked for a better meal. The staff was incredibly friendly & we loved the added touch of blankets on the back of the chairs for if you get a little chilly.
Jeune équipe hyper dynamique , les plats sont succulents , préparé devant nous , le chef est généreux , c'est délicieux & toujours très frais & les employés vraiment très gentils
À chaque fois que nous y allons nous nous régalons, le concept est super sympa, nous sommes français & habitué à la bonne cuisine & nous sommes toujours ravis! D'ailleurs nous réservons encore une table pour aujourd'hui! La carte est tellement bien élaboré que vous ne serez quoi choisir TOUT donne envie !! Nous recommandons!
