Indulging in an exquisite dining experience at Hiatus was nothing short of a symphony for the senses. The breathtaking vistas of the cityscape served as the perfect backdrop for an evening of culinary delights. The warmth & dedication of the staff were unparalleled, elevating the entire experience to new heights. The service at Hiatus was, dare I say, even more spectacular than the jaw-dropping view outside. From the attentive gestures to the personalized recommendations, the team's commitment to ensuring guests felt truly indulged was evident in every interaction.
It was my first time meeting Cedric the bartender, & personally he would be the only reason why I would go back. The service is outstanding & personal- great quality in the hospitality industry.
High in the clouds ☁️ on the 46th floor of PVM lies a remarkable elegant culinary experience that fuses french & japanese cuisine.

Great location & view, nice decor, amazing cocktails & service. I found the food to be a bit too pretentious, in the maki (tried two different ones) there are so many overpowering flavours that you don't actually taste the fish. Nigiri was better. Also most of the food was very spicy, which was not mentioned in the menu nor by the person taking the order (it should be). Overall a great experience, food a bit less.

On y retourne
Pageot nous a servi comme des rois ! Le steak & le canard étaient incroyables !
Be ready to spend!!! Nice Neo Japanese restaurant. Food is DELICIOUS & the presentations are nice.
Montreal has a new No. 1 restaurant! Having reviewed for Zagat back in the dismal 80s & 90s, Montreal was not a dining destination of note. The presentations, attentive team service & the food....all well orchestrated & what can you say about the view! Find a special occasion & book a window seat for a dining experience you won't forget.

Food was good, service slow & we had to repeat our orders 4 times to waiter & how hard is it to fill out water. Plus i found a bone in my sashimi.

Great service, staff works like a team & the food is of great quality
B Best view in the city! The food was amazing as well. I definitely suggest the cucumber cocktail mmmmmmm
Not the worst experience but I'd recommend visiting Les enfants terribles just next door for the same, or even better views of the city (& much better food). The food was extremely overpriced without being "wow" & I genuinely feel scammed over the $250 I paid for the tiny amount of wagyu that was served. When I told a friend who works as a chef in a renowned fine dining restaurant in the city, she informed me that, for that amount, even her restaurant would not charge over $50, despite using the highest grade of wagyu available. That 500% markup for no good reason is just crazy. Overall, the food was actually good. Just disappointed in the portions & service time. It might not have been too long of a wait, had we been able to enjoy our cocktails; however, they were way too acidic so we left them untouched.
