Our new Favourite Montreal Restaurant! We went with friends last Saturday & we had the MOST amazing time - the service, the staff, the food, the beverages... simply amazing! My husband have now officially adopted Hiatus as our favourite eating establishment in Montreal. Hiatus' exceptional staff provided a exceptional dining experience (on both occasion) from beginning to end: Jessica our server is THE BEST, professional, knowledgeable, caring, & just a beautiful bundle of positive energy; Claude is awesome: professional, knowledgeable, helpful, & lights up the room with her presence, as well as Mia, Alexandre, & Enzo (I am sorry, I probably forgot some of the outstanding individuals that took such good care of us but they are all wonderful). The beverages were perfect & the food is so good, we booked our return visit before exiting the building. Did I mention & view & the ambiance? Thank you so much Hiatus, we can't wait to return (again & again).

The view is incredible, & the food & service really do not disappoint. They forgot the pain au lait, which arrived very late, but offered us the desserts which were delicious. Their pavlova is one the best ive ever had. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! From start to finish! A group of four friends getting together after much too long - Hiatus made it an unforgettable evening. The service is outstanding, the food is exceptional, the recommendations for cocktails & spirits are wonderful & the atmosphere is sophisticated & so beautiful. This is one of our favourite dining establishments in Montreal.

Excellent experience on all levels. Nicely quiet, great atmosphere & of course on should make sure to be there during sunset hours. The views are very nice. We had the Tasting Menu which all courses provided joy & great tastes. Very creative combinations of ingredients. Good wine selection & professional staff.

Très belle découverte. La nourriture était vraiment bonne, la vue est incroyable & vaut le détour à elle seule. Gros coup de coeur pour le service aussi : l'équipe était super sympathique & attentionnée. On a passé une excellente soirée. On y retourne c'est sur!

Je reviens souvent car la vue est magnifique, parfait pour en profiter avec un bon café ou matcha! Les pâtisseries sont bons surtout le yogourt chia je vous le recommande & le pain rond wow!
À prévoir un bon moment car les places sont très limitées! Parfois tous les places sont prises près des fenêtres
