I first went to Eva's a few months ago & was immediately hooked. I have been there several times since, the last being for brunch today. I was seated almost as soon as I showed up & within no time like a well oiled machine they got the table ready & we were greeted by the manager. The service was quick & efficient, the food is still hot when it's served & the portions are generous. The manager checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was good & that we were comfortable. This is a great spot in Royalmount. TIP: reserve yous spots for lunch/brunch on the weekend.
Rien à dire, je suis satisfaite des plats. Le seul truc c'est que les serveurs sont vraiment occupés les fois que j'y suis allée, donc ça peut prendre quelque temps avant d'attirer leur attention ou de demander l'addition quand on est prêt à partir. Juste un petit détail, & selon mon expérience.
The food was good - no complaints there. But the service was honestly terrible.
The staff was extremely slow & very clumsy. They kept dropping or spilling things - & not just at our table, but at several others as well. At our table, they spilled coffee while clearing our plates & didn't even come to clean it up. We had to get up & go find someone because it was dripping onto the floor… & onto our shoes.
There were four of us, but they decided to put everything on a single bill without even asking, so we had to ask them to split it & wait again. We had to ask multiple times just to get some water, & they served the food without bringing enough utensils.
To top it off, the minimum tip percentage on their payment terminal was set to 18%!

Was greeted by the manager Moe & I must say, excellent service & food!
At first, I thought the prices were a bit high but as soon as we received our meals & had a bite, I understood why! Worth every penny!
The dish'egg slut' was sublime with a side of pancakes of course!
Our waiter was there every second we needed while filling up our waters consistently. Moe came by to make sure all our needs were met & made my sister & I laugh every second he passed by. What a funny guy!
Excellent atmosphere & staff I must say!
Can't wait to go back & try the other items they offer. 10/10 experience & best breakfast/brunch restaurant Montreal has to offer!
Trash…. The plates are tinyyyy!! I got something that sounded delicious, the man brought me basically an egg sandwich…. I even asked the waiter if this was my order… also my friend wanted to order a drink, they didn't even have it & it wasn't crossed out on the menu. To conclude, we ordered our drinks & we had to remind them to bring them over half way through our lunch cuz they weren't coming… I do not recommend. Not many options on the menu.
Evenn though this restaurant is located in a food court, I see it as a high-quality brunch spot rather than a fast-paced food court place. I had the lox bagel, & it was genuinely one of the best I've had - & I'm from Montreal. The ingredients, like the lox & avocado, were noticeably fresh & high-quality, far from typical diner or fast-food standards.
It can get very busy at times, & while the service could use a little improvement, overall the food is excellent. I really enjoy coming here & will definitely be back. The only thing is that they didn't ask me whether I wanted sugar in my matcha so it's bit sweet.
It was my second visit at this restaurant with my friend & we absolutely loved it! Waiter Rob took care of us & the other staff members, very friendly vibes from everyone. They display very good teamwork together. We tried a couple of new dishes & cocktails that we didn't try last time, but we just had to repeat getting the'eggslut' because it is hands down still the best on the menu. We tried the pancakes' bites last time & we absolutely love them, we tried the mini pancakes this time & yummy! Soft & fluffy goodness! We were 100% satisfied with everything we ordered both visits. We highly recommend trying this spot out for brunch.

Many items not available on the menu , the waitress had forgotten to give us the drinks menu , as we ordered she only took 1 person's order for the drinks & not the rest of the group , matcha was not available also . A lot of back & forths which delays our food from arriving . Despite all that food was good .
Extremely Delicious food, great environment & manager Moe took great care of us as always. His hospitality is one on the main reasons we keep coming back!
The food is not good, i knew this place through the tiktok & fb, but make me disappointed a lots. Maybe location make the place famous more than quality.
BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Waiting for more than 30mins & meals still not ready! We asked one of the waiter about the estimated time we can have the meal on the table, then the manager come & talking so mean to us, literally saying'sorry this is not a fast food restaurant, usually takes 20-30mins'. Hello??? This is your attitude? NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! However, the food is fine.
