We had a bit of a wait before being seated, which was frustrating at first, but the restaurant manager Marina made up for it & That small gesture went a long way! Once we were seated, the service was excellent-friendly, attentive, & efficient. The food was absolutely worth the wait-steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were flavorful, & everything was well-presented. Overall, a great dining experience, & we'd definitely come back to this location.

Réservation faite pour 17h45, nous avons eu une place assise a 18h10, lumière a notre table brûler, son de la musique trop fort (incapable d'entendre la personne a moins de 50cm de moi), pas de proposition de breuvage ou de remplissage de verre d'eaux, table trop petite pour 5personne, nourriture arrivé a la table a 19h30 steak Oscar (cuisson demandé medium & j'ai reçu bleu a saignant), assiette resté trop longtemps sur la passe( les assiettes étaient bouillante les sauce avaient commencer a figé, calamars fries n'était pas croustillant & le calamars était caoutchouc, prix trop élevé en rapport avec le service & la nourriture reçu, restaurant qui donne un impression de luxe du a ses prix d'assiettes & au décor tap l'oeil mais qui n'arrive pas a exécuté.

I had called at 15:14hrs to inquire if it would be possible to order a blue or rare piece of prime rib. I was assured, enthusiastically, that it would NOT be a problem. Unfortunately, the prime roast was only available starting at a medium; I was not a happy camper. I would have eaten somewhere else that had roast beef. However, the Keg is the Keg & my rib steak (Pittsburg style) was textbook...brought a tear to my eye! The salade, the side veggies, & twice baked potatoe were as perfect as could be. Added bonus was our Server, Sarah. Amazing customer service & articulate. Note: if you want a more intimate setting, perhaps the dining room would be more suitable. The bar area is a true round table pub/happy hour setting.
