The server was rude & dismissive from the beginning. When we politely asked about a mistake in our order, we were met with attitude instead of an apology. Customer service is just as important as food quality, & this restaurant failed completely in that area.
I have been a regular patron at Le Manoir for years. They now have a Manager that is a disgrace to this establishment. My dish of shrimps included rice & fries. The fries were cold & the rice was lukewarm & undercooked. The waiter nicely took back my plate & returned it to the kitchen. Instead of receiving a fresh plate with hot fries & hot rice, the Manager shows up at our table with the plate I had returned, & asked what was wrong with the food.'The rice is not properly cooked & the fries are cold', I said. He PLUNGED his fingers in the rice & said'It's not cold'. I said'You're putting your fingers in the food!' He said'I won't give it back to you. Just checking. & it's not cold.' How inappropriate & disgusting!! He left with the plate & never offered to replace my meal with a fresh one. I am appaled & seriously believe this ill-mannered & rude Manager should be fired.
Par où commencer… La poutine est très chère & vraiment immangeable. Le fromage est exécrable & mou, & la sauce n'a absolument aucun goût.
De plus, le service est vraiment mauvais. Notre serveur n'est jamais venu nous voir pour s'assurer que tout allait bien.
Les burgers n'ont pas de sauce, & les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés pour la très mauvaise qualité de la nourriture & du service. Après avoir fini de manger nous avons dû attendre 1h avant d'avoir notre facture.
Bref, je déconseille fortement cet endroit. Il y a des options bien meilleures & plus abordables ailleurs.
Merveilleuse brasserie où on mange très bien, assiettes copieuses, staff très compétent, efficace aimable & courtois. Nous y retournons toujours lirdcde notre passage à Dorval.
Perfect place to'hang' with friends, or just enjoy a meal out. Caters well to a very diverse crowd. The Manor / Le Manoir has been around for decades...& is still one of the best casual venues on West Island.
We had both their full turkey takeout & prime rub takeout meals over the holidays. Both were cooked perfectly, all the sides were delicious & the portions were generous. Plenty of food for everyone with leftovers. So convenient to order ahead of time, meals were ready at the requested times, hot & fresh. Would definitely recommend & are planing on ordering again.
