Review Summary

Le Manoir in Pointe-Claire is described as a reliable West Island staple with generous portions, a wide menu and a lively sports bar vibe that makes it a popular spot for family outings, group gatherings and game nights; the atmosphere is commonly praised as warm and cozy, with good service and reasonable prices, though it can get busy on sports evenings and reservations are often advised. The food is frequently noted as well prepared, and it's widely enjoyed across a range of dishes from roasts and burgers to nachos, wings, and fish and chips, with particular mentions of French onion soup and turkey takeout being highlights; however, a few visits have fallen short with undercooked rice and fries or inconsistent kitchen results, and there are occasional complaints about cleanliness or perceived declines when menu changes occurred. The staff are generally described as friendly and efficient, with several servers singled out for attentive service, and the venue's large TV screens, outdoor seating and long history as a local institution contribute to its appeal, even as some diners lament changes to the Canadienne Quebecoise platter and the overall value on certain items.

Recommended by hotel. Made our way over. Lots of options. Food was good. Portions were solid. Lots of tv's to watch the game. Great choice.

For the hockey game, we were seated on the terrasse & it was soooooo cold. Even if there are heating things hanging from the ceiling, we were not underneath directly which was really cold. If I had known I would have brought a blanket such as other people did.

On another note, the waitress was really nice, under the'circumstances' which was full of people. Food was good - which we waited an hour for. Yet it was fresh & hot! Thanks to the cooking team & waitress!

Food was great!! The number of screens to watch the game 🤩 Service was also fantastic! Except not enough servers on the ground. They missed out on a lot of beer sales because they had no time to check on us. But she was very efficient & did everything humanly possible with so many people.

I've been to Brasserie Le Manoir in Pointe-Claire several times, & it's always been a solid spot, especially for a casual family outing or a sports night.

The food is consistently good-easily in the 8/10 to 9/10 range. We've tried a variety of dishes like the nachos, steaks, butterfly shrimp, & pizza, & everything has been well prepared & enjoyable.

It's a great place to go with the family (we usually go as a group of four), & the atmosphere is perfect for catching a hockey game. That said, it can get quite busy on game nights, so I'd definitely recommend making a reservation in advance.

Service has generally been good. Out of the four times I've been, three were great & one was just okay-but nothing worth complaining about. Probably just an off night.

Overall, a reliable & recommended spot if you're looking for a sports bar in the West Island.

Came here to watch the four nations team Canada versus team USA. Had a great experience watching the game. I had the fish & chips. I just wish they would have given more fries. Paid 22$ for the plate.. sad to see a small portion. Fish was decent!

Ordered a bucket of Coronas which came with five beers to share with my friend.

Great atmosphere again to let everyone in the restaurant cheer on Canada!

Great place to watch the game, drink cold beer & have some snacks!! Prices are very reasonable & they always tend to have good specials on beer!

I just wanted to eat some turkey that I didn't have to cook. The only place was this Brasserie, so off we went & I throughly enjoyed it! Special note: not the place for a first date (unless you could not get tickets to a sports game) BUT each & every staff member were smiling, interacting with the clients, & themselves! When was the last time you have seen that! Special shout out to a fantastic server, Erica...

An eternal local watering hole that still has pigs feet, a pitcher of beer & a hockey game. Le Manoir has been one of the glorious staples of the west island for decades & has lost less luster than the most. Long live Le Manoir!

One of the best breakfast spots in the west island.

Reasonably priced, huge portions, bottomless coffee, & for us the service has always been great.

I've only been once for dinner years ago to watch a football game, which is great because they must have at least a dozen tvs in the place, so it's great for sporting events.

But breakfast is what we go there for on the weekends.

& the hostess is always so friendly too!!

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. People seem to be expecting gourmet fare. It's a brasserie folks. The food is typical of a brasserie. The atmosphere is what brings us back time & time again. Fireplace, stone walls, table cloths at dinner & a large & varied clientele. It's always busy yet we never wait more than a few minutes for a server to come to our table & drinks & food are brought quickly. It's our favourite place to go & watch a Habs or Als game.
