I have tried their ramen many times & I frequently order the duck breast. A favourite! I recently tried the a avocado sushi as an appetizer which is like a melting in your mouth treat to start with. The fried checking is super tender inside & crispy but not fat...didn't really want to share that one! Next time I want to try the hot pot. It's a neighborhood place I truly love to revisit. My only concern is the loud music but it seems to be the thing in all resto these days. It's unfortunate as I feel it competes with my senses. Service is friendly!

Had excellent experience for lunch. The duck ramen & edamame were amazing as well as the cocktails. Service was first class & ambiance was very nice. Looking first to try for dinner. We will be back!
Food was very good, atmosphere & service were excellent. I would actually give this place a 4.5 stars cause I found it a little overpriced. But no doubt they know how to cook. Our waiters even said their duck ramen has won competitions & we can understand why after trying it. Would do back to have more!
Really cute spot right next to the canal! A little pricy. Had the duck buns & the pork tonkotsu broth was nice but the meat had some chunks with a little too much fat which is not my preference. Overall a really good experience the staff was super nice would recommend!

I made reservations online- it was very easy & fast. I was worried about parking, but we found the place few minutes walk from the restaurant. According to internet restaurant opens at 5.pm, we were 5:01, but there were already 10-12 people. We got a good place next to the window 🙂 I had a spicy ramen with a duck breast, there were 4 level of hotness, I took the level#1, it was a mistake- I like hot & spicy foods. So for me it was 4 from 5. My husband had udon also with duck brest- fantastic, very delicious. For drink I had a cocktail with strawberry, passion fruit & lychee & Bayless ice-cream for dessert- unusual & tasty. Sum it up: very good place to start your Valentines evening... or any evening.
Not very crowded on a early saturday night. The atmosphere was spot on, cosy & warm with music not too loud but enough to give it a nice vibe. The service was also excellent. Especially appreciated the consistent water refills. I had the roasted duck shoyu ramen. This is the first time ever that I drink all the ramen broth. It's so flavorful without being too salty. Overall a 5 star dining experience!
Good Japanese inspired brunch. We ordered the pancakes, sizzling steak, duck mazemen & karaage. All dishes were tasty but nothing blew me away. The mazemen was a bit too sweet for me & the pancakes were more like a cake texture & not jiggly. Overall, a good experience!
The service was really good along with the drinks & Tapas. I highly recommend trying the duck or charsiu baos. Although I was very disappointed in the dry aged beef ramen. it was tough, rubbery & tasteless- not worth the try. Overall it was a nice experience but was put off with the ramen.

The decor was really cute. The service was great & so was Louis! He was really kind & understanding & allowed us to choose something else from the menu because the meal we took (Mazemen dry age beef) was too salty. The beef was dry & hard & the mazemen itself had the texture of instant noodles (Indomie). We had the soba noodle salad & it was a disappointment. The soba was soggy & the whole salad tasted like the Froot Loot cereals. We had the assorted tempuras & it was ordinary. The duck baos were good! I’m disappointed that my first experience at Shushuto was overall underwhelming in terms of the food, but the service was excellent.
