This is THE restaurant for breakfast. Their quiche impressed my wife immensely since she makes outstanding quiches! Vincent was gracious & everything that you want in a server. Will be back when come visiting Trois Rivière.

Great service from our very friendly waiter, Vincent. The quiche & almond croissant along with the smoked salmon bagel was top notch. I would recommend this quiet place.
