Siamo rimasti subito sorpresi dalle belle vibrazioni dell'ambiente e del personale. Accolti con cura e sorrisi, ci siamo accomodati ed è iniziata l'attesa.

Il menù purtroppo, non ci è stato illustrato bene, seppure, non possiamo dimenticare la gentilezza e l'approccio friendly del personale.
Il cocktail scelto è stato una sorpresa per nostro gusto di medio livello.
Il cibo invece ha confermato le recensioni e le attese, per quanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora prima di ricevere la prima portata e almeno altri 40 minuti per la seconda portata. Da citare l'Intermezzo offerto di pane e burro.

Tempi di attesa così lunghi ci hanno deluso perché in Italia non sarebbero accettabili, ma forse qui sono la norma.

Va segnalato che il menù è molto limitato a circa otto - 10 piatti e ci auguriamo che ci sia cambiamento frequente.

In ogni caso ci torneremmo!
Bella formula, ottimo cibo, tempistiche da migliorare.

Vraiment sympathique, bon vin, serveurs super qui connaissent leur menu, plats à partager de bonne taille. Délicieux, quelques plats légèrement trop salés mais très bien dans l'ensemble!
