You could easily walk by the door if you weren't paying attention at this Michelin featured restaurant that is worth the price of admission. As outstanding as the service was, the food was on another level. It was our best meal & experience in Montreal & an excellent fine dining option for any special occasion.
Oustanding experience at Le Club Chasse & Pêche. The dishes were crafted to perfection - tastefully indulgent & plated with artistry & a touch of elegance. The intimate ambiance is cozy, slightly sultry, & really lovely for a date night. Service was terrific.
Undeniably one of the most elevated dining experiences in the Old Port of Montreal.
I had an unforgettable dinner at Le Club Chasse & Pêche in Montreal with my wife, & it was fine dining at its absolute best. The ambiance is refined & intimate, with elegant decor that sets the tone for a special evening. Every dish was beautifully crafted & full of rich, layered flavors, & the wine pairings were spot-on. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but the experience-from the impeccable service to the exquisite food-makes it entirely worth it.
Le Club Chasse & Peche delivered an absolutely outstanding dining experience that exceeded all expectations. The service was truly professional & attentive. Our server had exceptional knowledge of the menu, providing detailed descriptions & thoughtful recommendations. Every dish showcased the restaurant's commitment to using the freshest ingredients, attention to details in both flavor & presentation was remarkable. This dinner truly was a special teat & a highlight of our stay in Montreal! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are looking to create lasting memories & set the standard for fine dining excellence. We will certainly return here on our next visit!
Le Club Chasse is the perfect blend of classic & seasonal dishes, with forward presentation & new world combination.
There was not a single dish that crossed our path that wasn't perfectly plated, perfectly balanced. It was all we could do to not drag our tounges across the plate in front of the entire dining room.
Whether you are going for a special occasion, or to treat yourself, definitely take your waiter's recommendations to heart. We wisely listened to ours & were blown away by the eclair with popcorn ice cream.
I had an excellent evening here at Le Club Chasse & Pêche! It was on a week night so not crowded at all which set the perfect mood for an intimate dinner. Our waiter was very helpful with suggesting a wine pairing & gave us attentive service throughout the whole meal. The risotto, duck & wagyu were all SO delicious! The pommes dauphines were literally perfect & I still think about them. This restaurant is a new favorite of mine!
We had a fantastic dinner at Le Club Chasse & Péche. The atmosphere is lively during dinner & has a really nice dark walls/leather chairs vibe. The food is out of this world, we loved the aged meat (with copious truffles), delicious desserts & huge wine selection. I really recommend this for a special occasion or when you want to make someone feel special.
Le Club Chasse & Pêche offers an exceptional dining experience. The staff is incredibly hospitable & kind, making you feel truly welcomed from the moment you step in. The food is simply delicious, with each dish showcasing rich flavors & careful preparation. A must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in a warm & inviting atmosphere.
Le Club is the bar against which we judge all other restaurants. I would order anything on the menu, because it is impossible to be disappointed.
Went to several great tables recently & this place didn't disappoint. Some risk, would have loved to see more creativity from such a renowned place (that's why 4 stars & not 3). Portions were on the small side (I took 2 appetizers). Service however was on point, taste was excellent & cooking done perfect. Very picky of me to give 4 stars but Vin Mon Lapin the night prior & Monarque on Thursday were a match, with a little extra. I would come back to club Chasse & Pêche. Very close tin mu book to 5 stars (4.5 can't give 1/2).
Le Club Chasse & Pêche, Montreal: A Gastronomic Gem Le Club Chasse & Pêche in Montreal earns a solid four stars for its food, ambiance, & service. The menu is a culinary adventure, with standout dishes like the perfectly cooked Foie Gras, albeit slightly overwhelmed by the peanut butter taste & lacking acidity. The venison, while promising with boreal inspiration, suffered from dryness & a monotonous bitter note, especially from the beets. The chocolate butterscotch dessert was a high point. Their wine list is notably impressive, featuring exciting finds from Languedoc. The courteous service adds to the experience, although the small size of the dining area can lead to a noisy environment. Despite some minor setbacks, it's a Montreal institution well worth revisiting, especially with friends.
Parfois cela fonctionne, parfois on passe à côté.
Overall: 3.7/5
