Bien que les heures de pointe puissent etre bruyantes et animees, les experiences sont souvent describe comme un brunch familial ou entre amis reussi, avec des plats tels que les oeufs Benedict, les gaufres, les crepes et les fruits frais mis en avant comme des points forts; quelques avis soulignent des pistes d'amelioration, comme un service parfois plus lent ou moins proactif et certaines incoherences mineures, mais dans l'ensemble Eggspress demeure une destination de petit dejeuner et brunch populaire et abordable.
Eu fui com a família e o restaurante estava lotado, mas fomos muito bem atendidos e a comida fois farta, saborosa e muito bem feita. Nós viktaremos mais vezes.
I had breakfast in Montreal branch. Staff excellent. Choice of omelettes wonderful. Breakfast options many. Loved the ambience. Only problem was coffee was not hot enough. But crowed people & staff excellent.
The food was great, & the service was good overall until the end of our visit. I went for breakfast with my boyfriend & his friend. When I asked for the bill while my boyfriend was in the bathroom, the waitress asked,'Oh, is he not paying for you?' I replied that he wasn't, & that we've been together for 4.5 years & don't always pay for each other.
However, she didn't accept that & waited for him to return, then pressured him to put my meal on his bill. She didn't leave until he agreed.
This behaviour felt unprofessional. No one should be pressured into paying for someone else's meal in a relationship or not.
Amazing family brunch! We were a group of 8 & were seated almost immediately, despite how popular this spot is. The staff was incredibly welcoming & kept the kids happy with coloring papers & crayons. The menu has plenty of great choices without being overwhelming, & the food was perfect. A fantastic experience for a large group!
Excellent brunch en famille ! Nous étions un groupe de 8 & nous avons été installés presque immédiatement, même si l'endroit est très populaire. Le personnel était super accueillant & a bien occupé les enfants avec des dessins & des crayons. Le menu offre de superbes choix sans être trop chargé, & la nourriture était parfaite. Une expérience géniale pour les grands groupes

We always enjoy coming to Eggspress for brunch! It's one of our favorite spots - the food is consistently delicious, fresh, & full of flavor, & the portions are very satisfying.
The service is always great: friendly, attentive, & fast, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, perfect for a relaxed brunch with family or friends.

Poor communication & very unprofessional for delivery drivers. When I arrived, I was ignored until a customer walked in. I was told to wait because the order was'getting ready.' A few minutes later, the employee brought an order out but just said it was a'takeout order' without confirming the name or order number. I sat there waiting for another 5 minutes, only to find out that the bag she had already set down was mine. A simple confirmation of the order name would have saved everyone time. Very frustrating experience.
Eggcellent place for breakfast & brunch. The waffles, potatoes, smoothies & coffee were eggceptionally good. Our entire table had perfectly made breakfasts.
My guests had been here before, & it looks like the side fruits are carefully chosen each week to offer the juiciest & freshest in season.
I couldn't find anything wrong with the place. The staff & food was just too perfect.
The place is very new so the walls are a bit empty, but there's still TVs & nice sectioning & tables. I still really liked the super clean & cheerful look.
I cant wait to go back & try the crepes. This seems like it will be my new top breakfast place.
