This was my third time at this restaurant, and unfortunately it was the first time I left feeling disappointed. It was a quiet evening with only about three tables seated, yet when I walked in, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I eventually found my reserved table on my own, and we then waited about 30 minutes before anyone came to see us. Our drinks took another 20 minutes to arrive, and the food was served lukewarm. No one checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything. The only time we were approached was at the end, when we were asked,'How many bills?' It was especially embarrassing because it was my first time bringing my friends here, and the experience did not reflect the positive visits I've had in the past.

Le service était très long… Notre serveuse a disparu pendant plusieurs dizaines de minutes. Il y avait une erreur dans notre commande et elle n'est jamais revenue nous voir pour vérifier que tout allait bien. Nous ne la trouvions pas en regardant dans le restaurant. Elle a fini par venir demander si « tout était à notre goût » alors que nous avions terminé de manger depuis déjà plusieurs minutes. Pendant le repas, nos verres d'eau n'étaient pas remplis, elle n'est jamais revenue nous voir pour savoir si nous voulions autre chose à boire. Finalement, à la fin, une erreur de prix sur la facture. Elle dit qu'elle va aller vérifier cela. Nous avons attendu 25 minutes supplémentaires. Heureusement, le propriétaire, qui est venu nous voir pour régler cela, était très gentil et la facture a été ajustée. Mon copain avait visité ce restaurant quelques semaine auparavant et il avait eu une meilleure expérience, quoi que lui aussi a eu des erreurs dans sa commande lors de cette autre visite.

I had an amazing experience at this seafood restaurant in Montreal. It's honestly one of the best I've ever eaten at. The servers were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole meal feel special. The food was outstanding - the calamari was perfectly cooked, and the grilled fish was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. I'm already looking forward to going back!

Really delicious Turkish food in Laval ! They have a dinner for 2 which is a huge quantity of amazingly delicious turkish food. Lots of appetizers and sauces. Try the lentil soup and red tea as well. Excellent really fast service. A very enjoyable dinner !

I really recommend this restaurant, it's must if you are searching for good Turkish food around Montréal. We have been going there for more than 3 years with friends and family for various occasions and almost never finished the family special dish. Service and food are always top notch and the overall experience is very enjoyable.

Navigating the interior space is needlessly confusing and poorly thought out. The layout lacks logical flow, and the directional signage is either missing entirely or highly contradictory. I spent ten minutes just trying to locate the main service area because the floor plan is a maze. It demonstrates a severe lack of thought regarding the end user experience and spatial design.

We have eaten here the once on vacation the last 2 years as our'fancy diner'. We went back for year 3 and our table was crammed in between 2 large parties where every time the server went to those tables they were leaning on my chair particularly.. Our server took our drink orders and instantly asked for dinner orders and that was about the interaction we had with them.. no checking on our food, asking about toppings, desserts or topping of our bottle of wine we bought. I had to walk up front and ask the hostess to cash out or ask our server to cash us out. Upon the server finally bring the bill, I tried to enter a custom tip (10%) and they promptly pressed the X button and told me no less than 15% was accepted (quebec bill 72). 15% for what exactly? Pretty upset, we trusted this as our fancy dinner again this year for our vacation, will try the other numerous options in town. Seems like it has prioritized quick in & out, over an experience. Bummer. Prices for 2: $175~ (plus tip) CAD for a bottle of wine, meat balls and dinner.

We have been regular customers at this pastry shop in Laval for quite some time, and it has always been one of our favorite places to get croissants and other treats. Unfortunately, during our recent visits, we've noticed a concerning decline in cleanliness and hygiene practices. Last Saturday morning, I went in as usual to buy my croissant. The employee who came to serve me had been cleaning while wearing blue gloves. She then came directly to the counter and started putting my order into the bag without changing her gloves. This is not the first time we've noticed similar behavior - employees handling money and food with the same gloves, which is simply unacceptable. We truly enjoy your pastries and want to continue supporting this business, but proper hygiene is essential in any food establishment. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves food safety practices moving forward.
