Service was great, and honestly, that's the only reason this gets even one star. The food, unfortunately, was one of the worst restaurant meals we've had in a long time. We ordered the Al Pastor and a bowl with chips - I'm still not fully sure what it was supposed to be, but I'm very sure it should not have tasted like that. The Al Pastor was shockingly bad: unpleasant texture, strange flavor, and absolutely none of the freshness or balance you expect from decent tacos. Everything tasted off, heavy, and honestly repugnant. My wife and I both left confused at how this place has such a high rating. Again, the staff were nice, so this isn't about the service. But the food was genuinely terrible. Funny enough, I went in expecting tacos and left questioning Google reviews, my life choices, and whether my taste buds had been personally attacked. Would not return. Would not recommend.

Stopped by Bilbao for lunch while in Montreal for the F1 GP. The Neapolitan pizza was delicious and the staff and service were outstanding. They deserve a raise. Made us feel so welcomed and genuinely cared for us while we were dining. Easy 5 stars. Thank you!

my family and I went to go get ice cream and we were there before closing hour. The server girl rushed us to leave the store and told us we could not sit there anymore. Very unprofessional and very rude of her. As well she did not seem to know what she was doing and looked very overwhelmed by her own job.

Don't go by the 1-star reviews posted against this restaurant. I'm a hyderabadi who always craved for tasty South Indian breakfast in Montreal. I'm not someone who prefers Dosa takeouts but I've always loved their dosas, the taste is great, and their service is more than respectful. I never dined there, so I can't really speak for how they treat the guests but it's been great for me. I do at least one take out each week, and I absolutely love what they make.

I have been going to this since a long time now.. food is very nice but they always have a new girl. But only once they had an employee who was very sweet otherwise every other employee is always rude to clients. Should hire the old girl back( she had greenish eyes don't know the name)

100% the crispiest fried chicken you'll eat for 20km. My first bite crunched so loud the next door dépanneurs windows shook. This is what KFC used to be 4 decades ago. Pac Pac got your back when that fried chicken urge hits. Note that everything is made fresh so be prepared to wait 15m for piping hot, severe crunch and juicy chicken.

The price is not cheap. I understand that the ingredients are costly, but we need good quality products. I bought ma'mol pistachios and dates, but they are very dry and burnt. You also need to improve customer service. The lady working there asked me,'How can I help you?' when I was asking about the price and the products. She left me and went inside. I thought she was going to get something to show me because I was asking about products as a gift for my friend. But she stayed inside and didn't come out until another lady, after finishing with another customer, came to help me. After all of that, they charged me an extra $36 by mistake. If I hadn't checked my receipt, I would have lost my money. I'm only giving 2 stars because the other product is good.

But the real secret behind this wonderful experience was the beyond-words service, specifically from the lovely Farouq. She is a girl of utmost politeness, kindness, and grace. She provided us with the absolute best service a visitor could ever ask for, capturing our hearts with her high morals and incredible attention to detail. A huge thank you to her for making our visit so exceptional! The flavors here are incredibly rich and diverse, but the Tiramisu is a true masterpiece it literally melts in your mouth. A complete experience that is definitely worth repeating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wild Willy's is my favorite ice cream place in the West Island, but there's one frustrating issue that keeps happening. Whenever I order a baby size, I get charged for a small, and whenever I ask for a medium, I end up with a large instead. It almost feels automatic at this point. I love this place, but customers really should receive the size they actually asked for - especially when the bigger size also means a bigger bill… and bigger calories too.

J'ai redécouvert le Pacini très récemment et on y va maintenant au moins une fois par mois. Leur menu est excellent, la qualité et la générosité des plats sont au delà de mes attentes, si vous commandez une sangria, ils vous la font devant vous, les menus à 5$ pour enfant le mercredi sont franchement super, et mes filles attendent avec impatience leur barbe à papa pour dessert. C'est gagnant sur tout la ligne et les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité qui est offerte. Il y a aussi un soucis du détails que j'apprécie.

Première expérience à ce restaurant et ce ne sera certainement pas la dernière! Le pistou qui accompagnait les calmars fut une délicieuse découverte. Quelle bonne idée! Les pâtes étaient cuites à point et la sauce aux champignons servie avec les pâtes farcies se sont avérées un vrai délice! Bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe!
