It's a sports bar more than a restaurant. They did not give the food menu but the snacks one. Which was annoying. Food is great and the host and waitresses were very friendly!

10/10 strongly recommend. Hidden gem of Montreal. Absolutely amazing and authentic Iranian food. The beef kebab, grilled chicken, and different rice of theirs are all very good options. The owner is a very kind and friendly lady as well, she genuinely makes the experience feel more like being hosted by an Iranian family rather than dining in a restaurant, which is very wholesome. The price is also very reasonable, cheap even, if you have 2 person together and you order the daily special offer. I have came back multiple times during my stay in Montreal. And believe if I ever come back, I will definitely re-visit this restaurant. Inshallah

We started with a comforting soup and perfectly crisp calamari, followed by a rich, creamy pasta that felt both indulgent and refined. The grilled chicken was simple but executed just right - tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Paired with a glass of red, everything came together seamlessly. It's not a large space, but that's exactly its charm - lively, welcoming, and quietly elegant. A spot that doesn't try too hard, yet gets everything right. Definitely one to return to.

Went there to eat after my wedding day.All went super amazing festive ambiance and stellar servirces. Food is really good and really affordable for the quality of food. We had a great time and no one was disappointed. Would recommend and retunr again.

It's a solid brasserie that live up to it's reputation. I think it's a bit on the expensive side but the menu is solid and the staff was friendly. It was a bit noisier than I expected but it could have been just the specific groups of people around us. We happen to be next to what I would call a loud'gros colon' who would have been happier at St-Hubert. Those things you can't control but the tight setup of some tables make it a roll of the dice I guess. We went as a couple but it would be fun for a double date or a small group. The appetizer are a bit more expensive than I'm used to but they are also decent size, so it even out. We are not big eater, so we felt like we could have got away we two appetizer each, or just a shared appetizer and a main dish each. Ended up at around 300$ for two appetizer, two main, a shared dessert and a bottle of wine.

The food here is undeniably excellent, beautifully prepared, flavorful, and consistent with the restaurant's reputation. The kitchen clearly delivers at a very high level. That said, the pricing has gotten out of hand over the past 5 to 6 years. It feels like prices have nearly doubled, and it is getting hard to justify. Our last visit was around $500 for three people, without any drinks. Being charged for bottled water at this price point also feels unnecessary. When you are already spending that much, it comes across as nickel and diming. This used to be one of my favorite spots. The food is still great, but the value just is not there anymore.

The food and the cocktails were fabulous. Our servers (bartender and bar back) were definitely part of making the experience memorable. Amazing service backed up by the delicious meal. Also- they were very knowledgeable about celiacs and knew exactly what to order. This kitchen has a dedicated gluten free fryer- do not miss if you are gluten free in Montreal.

Been there like 10 times in less than 2 years. Was there yesterday and for the first time notice the chicken palazzo plate had less pasta and my wife's pasta was greener than mine. Thats really the only thing i noticed in 10+ times of going there. The Elixor Bloody Ceasar is great also, love its spiciness. Honestly, overall the best restaurant in centropolis. I highly recommend it. The staff is great also. Ty for the amazing experience

Cuisine plutôt bonne mais rien d'extraordinaire non plus. Selon moi le vrai problème vient surtout du service ou la personne n'a pas été très agréable et en plus au moment de payer on demande à split l'addition en 5 et plutôt que de faire payer à chacun ce qu'il avait mangé ils ont simplement prix le total et diviser en 5. Bref un peu déçu au vu des notes.

Weird place and service. I tried their most popular food and I founded really odd or should I say it is just a regular sandwich. I can make a better sandwich at home. The whole family from like 2-3 generations is standing in front of you and watching (5 people)eating made me feel uncomfortable. Being looked at while you're eating from a bunch of people like they are about to gossip about you, dressed like they're going to camping. The staff should dressed appropriately. Like many other over rated restaurants, don't know how they got so many likes?

Our fourth time in eight weeks. We sat at the bar. Great experience. food ans service were impeccable. Atmosphere was great! veery easy to exchange amongst guests while have an excellent meal! Wine was also amazing! They are an impressive wine list at very interesting pricing. We will return!

April 2026: La Campagnola never let's me down. The menu changes from time to time but the quality and variety of menu items are always exceptional. This time we enjoyed the pastas and the veal. The pasta is always cooked to perfection, never under or over cooked, and the sauses are typical Italian combination of flavors. The Veal is always tender and served with potatoes and veggies or pasta. The portions are amazing. Make sure you're hungry. Will we go back? Absolutely 💯 2025: Amazing Italian cuisine. It's been a while since I have been here. Nothing has changes except the menu is even better.

Been coming here as a kd. It has started to pick up again!! The food has improved significantly and well I'd always support them regardless - as this place holds a special place in my heart. The owners are kind people. The waiters and reception (usually one of the owners) are always so kind to our children and our kids know them since they were babies so they've seen me and now my kids growing up. Can't beat a no frills buffet!

I stopped ordering there after my first review (see below) and was thinking of giving them another chance, but after reading more recent similar reviews, I changed my mind. Stop asking dissatisfied customers to send an e-mail if they want to follow through with their complaints, and have a meeting with the kitchen staff or something...
