Flavourless ice cream for over $6. Something is wrong when a spot like this is charging more than a place like Kem Coba. It left an odd aftertaste in my mouth.

Staff & customer service used to be on point!! But the past couple time I come in, it feels like someone died or that it is a hassle to serve me

my family & I went to go get ice cream & we were there before closing hour. The server girl rushed us to leave the store & told us we could not sit there anymore. Very unprofessional & very rude of her. As well she did not seem to know what she was doing & looked very overwhelmed by her own job.

Love everything on the menu! Been served by Gabriella more than once & she is the cherry on top! Very friendly, kind, patient, & extremely helpful. Great service goes a long way regardless of how delicious the dessert is. She's a keeper & whoever hired her struck gold. Excellent job!

Went in for a little treat, unsure about the menu but had the pleasure of being served by the sweetest staff member Gaby . Very pleasant & helpful, got a scoop of the dark chocolate dipped in coconut. What a delicious recommendation!
