Quelle belle découverte à Mont-Royal. L'endroit est parfait pour profiter du soleil sur la terrasse avec une vue agréable.

La cuisine est excellente. Nous avons adoré la pizza surmontée d'une boule de burrata fraîche & accompagnée de tomates cerises colorées, c'était un vrai régal. Tout était parfaitement cuit & savoureux. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour passer un bon moment.

I really don't like leaving one-star Google reviews. If I'm giving one, it means something went seriously wrong.

I came in for dinner with my three kids. There were two empty tables, but I was told to wait 10-15 minutes. There was no welcome at all. The waitress simply told me to wait while rushing around doing other things.

After about 10 minutes, I asked another waitress, & she said,'You can go wait outside.'

So we went outside & waited another 10 minutes while two tables remained empty. Staff kept walking past us without acknowledging us. Finally, I stood next to one of the empty tables & politely asked a waitress,'I've been waiting for a long time. Can we at least sit here?' She replied very rudely,'No! It's not cleaned yet!'

A few moments later, she came back, wiped the table, & said with a huge attitude,'Here! Sit!!'

After that, I never saw her again. She was an Asian waitress wearing black glasses.

At that point, I felt genuinely insulted. I have never been treated this way at any restaurant in my life. Even the person working at a gas station would speak more respectfully to customers.

I had three hungry kids with me who were already getting restless from the wait. I wasn't prepared to leave & deal with meltdowns, so I stayed. We ordered our food, but I completely lost my appetite & only let my kids eat. I paid the full bill, including the tip, & left.

I will never return.

I do want to mention that the other waitress who ended up serving us was kind.

To the restaurant owner: I understand that working in the restaurant industry is demanding & that finding good staff isn't easy. However, your team appears to be poorly trained in customer service, & the way we were treated was simply unacceptable.

Food tastes good, service is quick & friendly waiters. Location & accessibility is very convenient.

Went for lunch & had great service. Pizza was good. What's really cool is that this is located right at a REM station...used to be the TMR train station ticket office.

I was stuck in traffic & just had to quickly use the washroom, employes didint understand & made me buy something off off the menu!!! I was 45 seconds in the washroom ended up

To the manager: please hire more staff so that there aren't just 2 or 3 servers handling the indoor, upstairs & outdoor dining areas.
Because between 18h00 & 20h00 rush hour traffic is expected. So, a lot of customers end up waiting for a table & waiting for food.
Food can be served cold or only mildly hot because of queues to serve meals to customers.
Please hire more staff!

Expérience super inconfortable ce soir malheureusement qui ne me donne plus du tout envie de redonner mon argent a ce resto, On a commandé trois pizzas pour emporter, une d'entre elles avec extra saucisses. Lorsqu'on les a ouverts rendu a la maison, l'une d'entre elles n'avait pas les extras saucisses, on a donc appelé pour se plaindre, juste pour se faire dire que'oui les cuisiniers confirment qu'ils ont mis les saucisses' on a offert de prendre des photos & de leur envoyer la dame au telephone ne voulait rien savoir & elle a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire.
Apres des années a venir manger ici malheureusement cette experience m'a donné froid dans le dos & je ne crois pas que je vais retourner bientot
