With the opening of its first restaurant in 1981, La Pizzaiolle was the first restaurant to introduce Montreal to pizza baked in a wood burning oven where a small flame is always maintained evenly browning the tasty toppings. 35 years later, we rethink and evolve our concept. The location in Old Montreal is our laboratory. It offers new recipes, antipasti and Italian-inspired cocktails. Always a great experience here. The food is consistently delicious & everything we've tried has been really good every time we come. The service we received today was especially amazing. The outdoor area wasn't officially ready yet, but the staff still accommodated us & let us sit outside without making a big deal about it. It made the experience even better & we really got to enjoy the nice weather. Great food, great service, & a very welcoming atmosphere.

The blond old server server started ranting about me to other customers telling them that I was a bad kid. After I waited about 25 mins for my food & saw people get theres before me even tho they came way after, I still payed & she said that I wasn't welcomed there just because I didn't tip for the service that was horrible.
This experience was astonishingly disgusting the food had a horrible taste to it & don't even get me started on the waitress the blond old lady… she put a tip her self of 25% when I was going to put one my self but just because I was a kid she treated me horribly & my friends too & then she ended up telling us that we are not well raised by our parents with an agressive voice & said that we are not welcome at the place. & we got lied to about the prices of the bread we got told it was 50cents per piece but got charged 1$ & it was not taxe.
Je vous écris afin de vous faire part de ma déception concernant ma récente visite dans votre restaurant. Alors que je m'attendais à vivre une expérience agréable, le service s'est malheureusement révélé bien en dessous des standards acceptables.
En particulier, l'attitude de notre serveuse s'est montrée distante &, par moments, franchement impolie. Ce qui a été particulièrement dérangeant, c'est l'insistance pour laisser un pourboire supplémentaire, ce qui ressemblait davantage à une obligation qu'à une simple courtoisie. Cela a créé un climat inconfortable & a fortement nui à l'expérience globale.
Quant à la nourriture, elle était correcte, mais certainement pas mémorable ni d'une qualité suffisante pour compenser les problèmes de service rencontrés. Compte tenu de la réputation de votre établissement, je m'attendais à un niveau bien supérieur à tous les égards.
J'espère que vous prendrez ces remarques au sérieux & que vous saurez remédier à ces problèmes, car aucun client ne devrait se sentir sous pression ou mal traité lors d'une commande.
Belle déception--Ceci est un commentaire constructif pour aviser l'équipe de gestion afin d'éviter une mauvaise aventure à d'autres clients:
*** nous étions en terrasse 4 personnes & avons consommé : 4 pizza, 4 verres de vin, 3 desserts (1 tartuffo pistache, 1 gateau fromage & 1 tiramisu + 1 thé >> total de la facture 257.54$ (??)
Nous étions en discussion & malheureusement n'avons pas vérifié IMMEDIATEMENT les éléments chargés (nous avons fait confiance)
>> on nous a chargé : 7 desserts au lieu de 3 (2 tartuffo pistache + 1 fondant choco+ 1 tartuffo choco+ 2 gâteau from + 1 tiramisu ) , 2 thé au lieu d'1, 2 cappucino (jamais commandé ??), 1 café latté (jamais commandé ??) >> au total 62.40$ payé en trop
*** Nous avons payé à 21H20, & à 21h25 sans être prévenus , toutes les lumières se sont éteintes & portes verrouillées. Bref nous n'avons pu rentrer pour parler de la facture....
Clients vérifiés votre facture !!! Gestionnaire voir avec votre personnel à faire attention !!! comment 4 personnes pourraient commander 6 desserts + 5 boissons chaudes en fin de repas .

A cheese pizza that only appears in spring & summer-it tastes amazing & is definitely worth trying. The baked pasta with cheese is also delicious. They even provide herb-infused oil. In spring, sitting here enjoying pizza & chatting with friends feels absolutely wonderful.
Très bonnes pizzas! La pâte est délicieuse, légère & croquante! Les portions sont parfaites & il y a beaucoup de variété! Excellent service & beaucoup de places assises sur deux étages.
Honnêtement il y avait plusieurs années que je n'avais pas commandé de chez Pizaiolle. Une des pires pizzas depuis longtemps. Croûte insipide, ingrédients de qualité inférieure. Sauce tomate fade, saucisses bon marché. À l'époque, elle était cuite au four à bois. La base est couverte de semoule de maïs. Maintenant elle semble être cuite dans un four style Domino's. Plus aucun goût lié à la flamme. Je n'en reviens tout simplement pas. Quelle déception: 0/10. À éviter.

Premiere fois dans ce restaurant & certainement pas la derniere. Excellente pizza & tres bon service. J'ai hate au printemps pour profiter de leur terrasse!
