The coffee here is really excellent-well balanced and served at the right temperature. You can tell they use high-quality beans and take care in how each cup is prepared. Whether it's an espresso or something smoother, it's consistently good. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, a great place to sit down, have a conversation, or even get some work done. The music is low, the space is clean, and the staff is friendly. A great spot to enjoy a good cup of coffee in a comfortable setting.

Superb service from the chefs. You can tell they care about the food they provide their customers. Very kind and generous staff. I normally visit other locations nearby once per week. However, I find Peskero to be top notch. Your welcome.

This place is a staple whenever I travel to granby Quebec, from the service to the freshness of each dish I order, I've been coming here once or twice a year when I visit granby or make a pit stop when I travel towards Sherbrooke. I mainly have the same order every time, which starts with a curry noodle soup, the spring roll ( which is probably the best spring roll I've ever had, and I've had a lot of spring rolls during all my traveling ;)..) I get the dinner chicken/beef/shrimp dinner with rice. Perfect combination of everything I like on one plate. Also the hot plate with seafood, it's perfect you get all the veggies you want to eat plus calamari and tiger shrimp. This time around I also tried the general tao chicken for the first time👌(amazed at the different flavors that hit the palette with this dish) Every single time I leave satisfied, full and happy, but at the same time sad that I'm going back to Toronto and won't have it until the next time I travel to this part of granby. All in all I recommend you try this local gem that's been around since forever. You won't be disappointed

Les petits-déjeuners de ce café sont vraiment excellents. Le menu est varié et tout est frais et de grande qualité. Le pain est chaud et savoureux, les oeufs sont parfaitement cuits et le café a un arôme et un goût remarquables. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et calme, idéale pour bien commencer la journée ou pour profiter d'un long petit-déjeuner le week-end. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Une adresse à ne pas manquer pour le petit-déjeuner 💕

Great japanese barbecue place. The all-you-can-eat option offers more food (quantity and variety) than a person needs. It can get busy on weekends so reserving a table is a must. Service was okay and sometimes we had items missing (food, utensils, etc). However, I maintain 5 stars for Taiyo because of the variety and quality of the meat. There's multiple cuts of beef, seafood, chicken, pork, lamb, etc. There's also appetizers, wok, sushi, and desserts included. Last but not least - they have projectors throughout the entire restaurant and even an interactive areas for kids while the family is waiting for the table. Really worth going!

This is a long-standing restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The space feels warm and classic, very much an old-school American style, and the service was attentive and kind throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the food itself was very difficult for me to enjoy. Several dishes had strong gamey odors and pronounced alcohol notes, and the flavors did not come together harmoniously. The foie gras sushi had a noticeable clash between the gamey taste of the foie gras and the alcohol used in preparation. Even with soy sauce, the flavors did not integrate at all. I managed to eat one piece but could not finish the second. The pork knuckle had an overwhelming porky smell, and there were visible pig hairs on the skin. I understand that occasional hairs can happen, but the amount here was significant and affected the overall experience. The mushrooms served with it had absorbed both the pork odor and what tasted like high-proof cooking wine; the alcohol flavor felt harsh, as if it had not fully cooked off. Among all the components of this dish, the mashed potatoes were the only element I genuinely enjoyed. The temaki, on the other hand, was decent and ended up being my favorite dish of the night. I do want to highlight the service: when I explained that I truly could not eat the pork knuckle, the staff were very understanding and handled the situation professionally. They offered compensation, and the dish was ultimately discounted by 50%, which I appreciated. Overall, while the ambience and service were strong, the execution and flavor balance of the food were disappointing, especially for a restaurant known for foie gras and rich, offal-forward dishes. I would have expected cleaner preparation and more refined flavor control.

I visited from out of town and accidentally mistook this spot for Juste Doner across the street. I figured it was just a name change! On the positive side, the service was good and the staff was very helpful while I placed my order for the Saj. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the service. It was a good size portion but The shawarma was cold and the meat was quite salty, couldn't enjoy after 2 bites. I love trying new spots, but this one just didn't hit the mark for me this time.
