Great service, thank you. Kind, efficient & helpful. yummy veg options for a mixed table of carnivores & non-carnivores. Everyone was happy! Drinks were yummy too. Love the round tables though we did not get one. Will be back!
Update to 5 stars for food. we got the roundtable for a get-together of 10ppl. Everyone loved the food. Man n cheese balls were so yummy. Service was attentive, fast, highly professional. This has become our fave place for 6+ ppl get togethers. & best cheesecake options. Thank you, Elixor!
We are fans of the restaurant but for some reason, last night, the service was quite poor. We ordered white wine. Waited 20 minutes after the wine was delivered before realizing that we were expected to serve ourselves. The wine was fine by the way, I had my wife taste it. The dishes from the appetizer were still on the table when we left. Nothing dramatic but not really professional. Everyone has bad days & we are not accustomed to poor service at the restaurant so no doubt we'll give it another try.
Elixor was a fantastic dining experience. The ambience was great, the food was delicious, & the portions were huge. We ordered the Pasta Telefono, Crispy Chicken Palazzo, Rib & Chicken Combo, & Nachos-every dish exceeded our expectations.
A special thanks to our server, Angelina (I hope I remembered her name correctly). She was young, energetic, always smiling, & provided excellent service.
If you're in Montreal, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Elixor a été une excellente expérience. L'ambiance était très agréable, la nourriture délicieuse & les portions étaient très généreuses. Nous avons commandé les Pasta Telefono, le Crispy Chicken Palazzo, le combo côtes levées & poulet, ainsi que les nachos. Tout était excellent.
Un grand merci à notre serveuse, Angelina (j'espère que je me souviens bien de son prénom). Elle était jeune, dynamique, toujours souriante & offrait un excellent service.
Si vous êtes à Montréal, je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Very disappointed with this location. We came specifically for the baby back ribs because we regularly order them at another Elixor & love them. They're usually thin, crispy, & consistently excellent. What we received here was completely different huge, greasy ribs that honestly didn't seem like baby back ribs at all.
When we brought it up, the manager eventually came over & simply said they had received a different batch that was larger than usual. There was no acknowledgment that the ribs were poor quality & no real accountability. They offered to replace the meal, but by then the rest of our table had already finished eating, making the replacement pointless.
The service was also very poor, especially considering the restaurant wasn't even busy. We asked for napkins & waited over 30 minutes before finally getting up & finding them ourselves. Our water glasses sat empty for most of the meal & were only refilled when we were paying the bill.
Between the poor food quality, slow service, & lack of accountability, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Most restaurants would offer some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill in a situation like this, but nothing was offered. We left feeling completely dismissed as customers.
The food was disappointing & overpriced. The pizza for 23 bucks tasted like it came out others pizza in a box. The crust was a thin crust disaster. The sandwich with avocado my wife ordered had a massive hunk of avocado making in finesse with chewy stringy bacon even though we asked for it well cooked. My mother's was ok but that price of sausage could have been used to seal a tire puncture is was so badly cooked & probably reheated.
