The staff were nice & knowledgeable.I love my teriyaki steak medium well. Definitely a good place to go. The tone of the paint in the restaurant is dark. I had a baby with me who likes light so it was not pleasing for her 😅

The place was good atmosphere the service was good (all the waitresses almost naked) I asked for medium cooked steak & it was not served like that. They didn't have variety of vegetables & also the order was uncooked.
The opinion of the food was asked after we call the bill. The'manager' said that he can cook one more time the left over steak …. Ridiculous!
Honestly I have been in other Keg & Stake & when we did not order what was served the waitress immediately changed the order (in Toronto) Just so you know the next morning I wake up & all the steak eaten o vomit out of no digestion bcs it was not cooked properly.
Première fois au Keg & très déçue. Je m'attendais à ce que peut importe quelle coupe de viande sur le menu soit grillée, j'ai pris la côte de boeuf, j'ai reçu un morceau de viande hyper plate, mou, sans aucun goût, même la sauce avec était pas intéressante. Ça ne devrait même pas être dans la même partie du menu, c'est un resto de steak & le premier choix n'est même pas grillé. Pour quelques dollars de différence, tu reçois un steak bien assaissonné & bien grillé, c'est une arnaque. Les légumes étaient bon au moins & le service ok.

4 month ago 👉🏼 The keg is always a good atmosphere & a place to have a decent steak. Mathiew was amazing, it's good to be back outside & enjoy freedom. The keg never disappoints, especially the one in Laval, all respectful, accommodating. I got the New York steak & lobster 🦞 combo, with the famous potato 🥔 can't go wrong. Bottom right in the pics. My man Mat , half Armenian, top part :) thank you!
We had great GNO at Keg today. The food was great.steak gilled at perfection. Desserts were all tasty & our server John made our experience today very pleasant! 👍👍

C'était la première fois que j'allais dans un restaurant Keg Steakhouse & j'ai trouvé l'expérience correct. L'établissement était propre, il y avait une belle ambiance & le service était très bon. La nourriture était correcte mais pas assez mémorable pour justifier les prix. Ce fut une première expérience agréable pour satisfaire la curiosité mais malgré cela, je doute d'y retourner.
For my first time at the Keg i was expecting an unforgettable experience but it wasn't the case!
I was there with my husband for his birthday & booked in advance at 8h30 but was not seated until 8h55 after waiting with more than 30 people at the entrance, & asking why the delay.
The music was nice & the waiter Nick was amazing but i was very disappointed with the food, starting with the presentation that was way far from what i was expecting at a steakhouse like this one, yes the meat was good but asking for sauce for it ( which i heard many customers next to us do too) they charge you 3$ when u r paying way more than the plate deserves, on the other hand the vegetables & the fries were on top of each other, the mushrooms sooo tiny that u almost can't hold the with the fork.
It was a very disappointing experience & I'm surely not going back!!
Excellent choice for the first date, friendly staff, our server was Excellent, the Steaks were cooked to perfection, My date was very impressed with The Keg.

Excellent service par Helena & cie ! Belle soirée j'y retournerai sans faute 😊 faire le msg au cuisine un steak au poivre que j'ai commander a la première bouchée ( niveau sel incroyable ) qu'elle déception …. Probablement du a l'épice Montreal Steak Spice ….3 étoiles pour la cuisine….

Visited The Keg in Laval & was shocked by how poor the food & service were.
• The chicken was overcooked, dry, & barely edible.
• The salad wasn't fresh - wilted, tasteless, & looked like it sat out too long.
• The restaurant was almost empty, yet service was slow & inattentive.
• Overall value & quality felt closer to McDonald's levels, not a steakhouse.
For the prices they charge, this was unacceptable. Definitely not coming back until major improvements are made.
Depuis que je suis toute petite, je me souviens que mes parents allaient très rarement au restaurant. Pas parce qu'ils n'en avaient pas les moyens, mais simplement parce qu'ils étaient souvent déçus, ils préféraient toujours un bon repas maison.
& pourtant… ce soir-là, tout a changé. À 32 ans, c'est la première fois que j'ai vu mon père savourer un steak avec autant de plaisir. Il a tout mangé, jusqu'au dernier morceau, le sourire aux lèvres, en répétant sans arrêt : « C'est ÉCOEURANT! » 😄
Un moment tout simple, mais que je garderai précieusement dans mon coeur : la première fois que mon père a vraiment profité d'un repas au restaurant.
Merci au Keg steakhouse pour ce souvenir qui restera gravé. ❤?

I usually enjoy The Keg, but this location in Laval was disappointing. The kitchen consistently fails to cook the steak to the requested doneness - it seems they have real trouble understanding what'rare' or'medium rare' actually means. Even the server wasn't sure how the steak would come out, which says a lot.
The rest of the experience was fine but when you go to a steakhouse, getting the meat right should be the most basic thing. Unfortunately, they just can't seem to get it right.
Thr food was fantastic, couldn't enjoy a better steak then this restaurant. Service was excellent, my wife & I enjoyed it when our waitress Caroll-Ann was delightful with us & adored our anniversary. Thank you Caroll-Ann!
What a lovely meal. The service was phenomenal, Sylvie is so great she made our evening so very pleasant. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Flawless experience.
This is my third time visiting here. Each time I ordered a steak. Each time I have ordered medium rare & specifically asked the server about how they cooked medium rare. Each time the steak has come out overcooked. The service is fantastic however for a steakhouse they should be able to do a better job of getting a properly prepared steak.
