A ne pas aller en groupe de plus de 6 ou 7 personne sauf si vous aimer attendre plus de 3h avans de commencer a manger votre plat principal cettais vraiment trop long !
Nourriture excellente !! Par contre notre expérience côté service ce soir était très décevante ! Serveur qui sacre devant les client, le manager qui ne te regarde même pas lorsqu'on lui pose une question.. J'ai du demander ma facture a un autre Serveur car le mien à disparue & nous avions terminé de manger depuis 30 min. Dommage pour le service, mais la cuisine elle, était excellente !!
Le service avec Patrick était impeccable du début à la fin. Le repas était succulent & la présentation vraiment magnifique. ❤?
Nous y étions un lundi soir, donc c'était très tranquille, ce qui est tout à fait normal. Il n'y avait que nous deux & un autre couple assis un peu plus loin.
We recently had a weedding anniversary celebration at this restaurant on a Sunday evening with a group of about 35 people. We arrived at 5:00 p.m., & the guests of honor were there by 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, our main courses were not served until around 8:00 p.m.
The soup & salad arrived earlier, but there were very long delays throughout the meal. Waiting nearly 1 hour for the main course was disappointing, especially for a group that had made reservations for a special occasion. By the time dinner was finished & everyone was ready to leave, it was close to 10:00 p.m.
We understand that Sundays may be more challenging from a staffing perspective, but the pace of service was far too slow for an event like this. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional, especially considering the prices.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. While the staff was courteous, the lengthy wait overshadowed the evening. In our opinion, there are several better dining options in Laval that offer better value, better food, & much more efficient service.
