I never write reviews regardless if they are good or bad unless there is something that really stands out. Last night we decided to go to Industria in Laval & although the food was very good, the service we received from our waitress Chloe, was something that needed mentioning. From the beginning she made my children (5yo & 3yo) feel welcomed & addressed her questions to them to make them feel included. It's a small detail that goes a long way & as a parent it's important to me that my children feel included & not just a tag along.
Industria team Chloe is a good one, don't lose her.
Me & my friend came all the way from the West Island. First time trying this restaurant. Never experienced better customer service. Big shoutout to Arielle our waitress, she was amazing!
If you're looking for authentic Italian food with a modern twist, this is a great place to visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, & the service exceeded our expectations.
We ordered two pizzas to share, bruschetta, pasta with truffle sauce, eggplant parmesan, & pasta arrabbiata with mushrooms. Everything was fresh, flavourful, & beautifully prepared. The pizzas were excellent, & each dish had its own unique taste that made the meal enjoyable from start to finish.
Our food arrived surprisingly quickly, yet it was served hot & tasted freshly prepared. The restaurant manager was very friendly & took the time to make us feel welcome, which added to the overall experience.
A special thank you to our waitress Megane, who was amazing throughout the meal. She was attentive, friendly, & provided outstanding customer service.
Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience & would definitely return the next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

Industria est notre endroit préféré à mon copain & moi pour une petite date en soirée à Laval. La terrasse est calme & on ne se sent pas dans le parking du carrefour Laval. La nourriture est toujours incroyable, d'où pourquoi on revient constamment. Le service aussi est toujours super. Nous avons été servis hier par Chloé, une serveuse attentionnée, super accueillante & souriante. Une des meilleure serveuse que nous avons eu! Malgré que le restaurant est devenu assez occupé, on ne s'est jamais senti oublié une seconde. Elle prend chaque table à coeur & s'intéresse aux clients, ce qui est rare. Je laisse jamais de review, mais je tenais à le faire, car ce service exemplaire mérite d'être reconnu. Nous allons continuer de revenir assurément, c'est toujours une superbe expérience!
Such a beautiful spot in Laval for a fun Italian night out! The atmosphere is stylish, lively, & perfect for dinner with friends or cocktails. The pizzas, pastas, & drinks were delicious, & they also have a big, fun LCD screen for watching FIFA matches. A special thank you to Ericka, our host, for her warm, attentive, & professional service. The whole place has such a great energy-definitely a go-to when you're craving Italian food with a fun vibe! 🍕🍸⚽
I found it somewhat expensive for such small plates & little food.
The restaurant decor & ambiance was ok, nothing original. Parking is extremely hard to find.
