Otentic, a recently renovated restaurant located within the new boutique Ômage Hotel in Laval, offers modern Italian cuisine with international influences, showcasing local and seasonal ingredients.

Focused on Québec producers, Otentic features comforting and flavorful dishes that evolve with market availability. The menu includes fresh fruits and vegetables, house-made pasta, artisanal pizzas, as well as revisited classics such as the club sandwich and a bacon burger featuring pork from Ferme Gaspor.
