Pour le midi. Nous étions deux personnes. On se sent un peu dans un environnement d'hall d'hôtel avec pas tellement d'ambiance… Mais ça va quand même. Le service est assez moyen on ne nous a pas ré faire de l'eau il fallait demander on nous a pas offert non plus de fromage râpé. Pour les pâtes, il a fallu le demander nous-mêmes. Pour le poulet à la milanaise, l'escalope de poulet était vraiment trop cuite, on dirait qu'elle avait été doublement frite. Dommage un peu. Par contre les deux salades, la César & la salade de jardin était très bonnes. Les pâtes étaient correctes. Je ne suis pas sûre que je retournerai rien à boire pas de dessert pas de café c'est tout de même près de 100 $ pour deux personnes pour une très petite salade & deux plats de pâtes.

Pâtes carbonara sans saveur, 2-3 morceau de gras en guise de bacon, service lent, l'avantage est que ça a coûté moins cher en vin!

Wonderful birthday celebration with great atmosphere!
?'We visited La Piazza at Sheraton Laval last night to celebrate my wife's birthday, & we had a very pleasant experience.
?The atmosphere was wonderful, with a great vibe & music that made the evening special. As someone with mobility considerations (Parkinson's), I truly appreciated the accessibility of the restaurant-everything was on one level, spacious, & very easy to navigate, which made our night stress-free.
?The food was very good overall. My wife ordered the filet mignon; while the quality & taste were excellent, the portion size was a bit on the small side. However, the service & the overall ambiance more than made up for it.
?It's a fantastic spot for a special occasion if you're looking for good food, a place to dance, & a welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!'

OMG.. If they don't screw up your order, it will probably take an hour to get it. Worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel bar. ( just watched 2 customers have their orders wrong/late

also $12.50 for a vodka & soda & glass is 3/4 full

The waiter was great, fun, & polite. Service was A-1.
The menu was sticky from Cola or something, which i was disappointed with for a restaurant with this kind of price tag.
The food presentation was ok, but the taste was great.
Atmosphere was nice with the duo of the sax player & the singer.
I did enjoy my night.

Went to eat there after a dance competition that was held at the Sheraton convention center. Was Friday night around 8pm.

The good: The place was about 75% full (mostly people from the dance competition) & we were quickly greeted by a very nice host who warned us the service might be a bit long due to the competition. We had 2h to kill so we didn't mind waiting a bit. Service was actually rather quick. The ambiance was very nice with a live band playing nice smooth jazz covers & the overall feeling of the place is nice & cozy, the kind of place where you enjoy sipping on your drink & have a nice conversation at the table.

The bad: we were a party of 3. Orders were : salmon poke bowl, lasagna & chicken a la milanese.

The salmon poke bowl was good. Big chunks of smoked salmon on a bed of rice & julienned veggies.

The chicken milanese was mediocre. The chicken itself was pretty bland & it was served with papardelles that were undercooked (I like my pasta al dente but this was way undercooked) & no sauce or anything on the pasta (some pesto or something alike would have made the dish more interesting). For 30$ I would have expected better.

The lasagna was the absolute worst. It was clearly reheated & all 4 corners had microwave burns on the pasta. I had trouble cutting the pasta with a knife it was so hard. 26$ absolutely wasted.

31/12/2024 Réveillon du jour de l'an 2025. Nous avons réservé La Piazza st Sylvestre , 2 couples 2 chambres & buffet a 21 hrs. Nous avons êtes tous très très satisfaits....Accueil avec un cadeau a la chambre nous attendait, un buffet de choix & qualités, Entrés Bisque d'homard, fruit de mer, filet mignon, poisson, desserts il y avait de tout pour tous les gouts, agréablement surpris un bon rapport qualités prix, & un services impeccable. Merci a tous le personnel & bonne & heureuse année .

Veeeeery slow service, that is if you get their attention. & there were no more than 4 tables to attend to with no more 3 people each in the same area of the restaurant. We were two & we both ordered soups, which were good; & we both ordered Salmon poke bowls. The rice was not fresh, cold, & dry; & there was a small portion of salmon. Not worth it. Also, the menu is not varied enough for the main course; 3: beef, veal, or fish & chips.
