The 9th SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.
More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

Très bien en général. Mais très cher, autant la nourriture que l'alcool...
Staff vraiment accueillant! Cuisine sur la coche: tartares sublimes!! & que dire des cocktails!! Wow!!!
Service très rapide & courtois. La terrasse est superbe. Les tailles des portions sont juste assez grosses & la nourriture était très bonne. Les cocktails en valent la peine!
Très bruitent pour un souper à 7:30 pas capable de ce parler!! Sinon la bouffe est super bonne très bon service!!

Repas du midi excellent & très copieux. Décor agréable. Toilettes au 2e étage , problématique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

You must be ready, its loud. But if you're in for a good time with pop music from early 2000, its really fun.
Food is good & they will make everything they can to make sure all is perfect (even make sure if its warm enough).
Not a place to chat, since music is loud but great if you're in a mood to party. May be your next place for a girls night out?
The decor is also really well done.
Belle ambiance, bon service ! Le Big-Boss (burger) & le filet mignon étaient excellents ainsi que nos 2 drinks. On a passé un beau momment moi & ma conjointe. On va revenir 🙂
Belle ambiance tartare delicieux ! Le seul coter décevant c'est de se faire obliger à quitter si on prévoit rester finalement !
