About us
The 9th SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.
More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

via LibroAmbiance was really fun & the staff was amazing! Not a fan of the regular fries as they are very thin & quite chewy. The sweet potato fries were great. The lobster pogo is a must try! The mixology is amazing! We had a Heartbreaker & a 7e Ciel 10/10 for both! The dessert cocktail Moka Frio was divine! Looking forward to going back with friends!
