The 9th SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology restaurant-bar is located in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant invited its first customers in May 2018 to try the best tartares and cocktails, in the heart of its industrial chic and unparalleled décor.
More than 250 seats are offered, in addition to a huge 44-seat central bar, a private lounge and a 70-seat outdoor terrace.

My friend got the salmon poke & she loved it. Peach drink was so tasty. Service good. There are individual bathrooms upstairs, very clean.
The poutine was absolutely delicious! The cheesy burger was meh. I actually didn't really enjoy it at all. The burger patty was so dense & lacked flavor & some of the cheese wasn't even melty on it. Loved all the drink options & enjoyed the drink that I did get. The waitress was very pleasant, but the service was so slow. It would take forever for her to come to the table, & when she did she would be gone before we could finish asking for everything. Bf only ordered the poutine because he was hoping to get one of their sundaes. It took us so long to get help that he wound up deciding against dessert.

I had a blast at Shaker! The atmosphere was lively, the drinks were fantastic, & the entertainment was outstanding. Can't wait to go back for another fun night out!

Bonne nourriture & bons drinks. Le service est impeccable. C'est le style de l'endroit, mais il faut aimer la musique plus forte que la moyenne.

Vraiment belle soirée! Bon service! On s'est même fait offrir un 2e drink gratuit pour s'excuser de l'attente du au fait qu'il y avait du nouveau staff en cuisine, sans même que nous ayons à se plaindre! Service hors paire!
It took a while to get things started once we got all our orders taken, the food & drinks came fast. I put a 3 because I got a mayo pack that hit me, thrown by the annoying group of guys behind us.
