What a great place to satisfy your pasta craving! I know it's a little out of the way from central Montreal, but it is so worth the drive. The staff is fantastic, the service is quick, & the abundance of choices is amazing! Also, prices seem higher but the portions are HUGE. Two meals can easily be made of one order. I would highly recommend their carbonara!

I've been a couple times now & the food is just ok. Most of the pasta dishes are underseasoned & mostly all just taste of salt & cream. I will add that the pizza is pretty good though. Otherwise, the warm baguette while waiting is really good & the service has always been great. But it definitely wouldn't be my first or second choice for Italian food.

Top notch! Delicious & generous amounts of foods & drinks! We ordered a pitcher of sangria for $30 & we got a big pitcher with little ice & filled with sangria. We were surprised & very happy. Pasta was incredible too. Gf is a big fan of pasta & she absolutely loved it.

Had dinner with a friend here last night. I live in Laval but love to eat here whenever I'm in the West Island. The service is really 5 stars. The attention & friendliness of all the staff really adds to the cozy ambiance. They also decorated for the holidays which added to the experience. The pasta comes fresh, delicious & piping hot. Everything about this restaurant shows that the owner is & the waiters are passionate in what they do & it was so appreciated. Such an amazing dining experience thanks to you all. Thank you! :)

Felt like family as a customer. Incredible atmosphere. The best pizza I've had. So simple yet so perfectly cooked & delicious. Pasta & cocktails were terrific. I normally don't leave reviews unless I've had an issue. I'll definitely be back.

Loved the food & the service. We took polpette & chicken & noodle soup for appetizer, fettuccine georgio & pasta polo fungi for main course.. A bit expensive but it comes in big portion. We LOVED the rose, zinfandel. The atmosphere is nice but there's a lot of people. Would go back.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants on the Island. The service is excellent, the waiters & waitresses are always friendly & the athmosphere is nice & relaxed, great for families or dates. The food however is even better. Everything comes out fresh & I've not had a single bad dish there, the pasta is always incredibly flavorful & made better with freshly grated parmesan & black pepper. The calamari entree is the best one I've had yet. The servings are big & the prices are not cheap but well worth it. A must try if you're ever in the area.

This place has now become a go to place for my family & I when we get together. The food is phenomenal & the staff is amazing. I usually go for the 18oz t-bone however the pasta is just as good. I wish I took quality photos as I typically do but I guess I will next time i come by! Huge shout out to Jimmy, Joe, & Elisa who made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. I always say the food gets you 4 stars but the customer service makes it a five. Thanks again Jimmy! Cant wait to come back here!

great quality food at an affordable price. also good takeout. I ordered the lasagna casalinga & it was very good. it came in an inviting display, composed of soft pasta with tasty stretchy cheese covered with appetizing sauce. it wasnt expensive & it came in a big portion.

We went there after 3 months of quarantine. The food was very oily & very very heavy! Super hot as we had to wait half an hour for it to cool down! Very heavy pasta sauce. We ate 1/4 of it & ended up with a stomachache !

I went to go have a late lunch yesterday with my husband & we were sitting in the back area which we thought would have been quiet enough for the two of us. We ordered our food with the nice waitress & the food came quick enough. My husband had pasta & i had fish, & both were too oily for my taste. The pasta was drowning in sauce & the fish had started making a soup in my plate. & all this wasn't even the worst part! We were quietly NOT enjoying our food when this hysterical woman with dark hair starts yelling in the back. I'm not sure if she works there or maybe she was just an unhappy customer but she was screaming at this young boy in some kind of language. Then she disappeared & came back in full swing to yell at someone else in the same tone. Not only was the food bad enough, but the way this woman was yelling made the whole experience quite terrible. When our waitress had returned to our table, the poor woman looked shocked. ALL this to say... HORRIBLE RESTAURANT! If management allows people to scream at each other like this, how can anyone enjoy their meal (which is hard enough as is).

Scarolie's value is hard to beat - the food is consistently good & reasonably priced. Service is great. IF you are looking for a romantic spot, this is probably a little noisy as its so popular. Lamb rack is amazing, lamb chops also delicious, seafood pasta is full of seafood, plenty of salads & vegetables, fresh baked bread - portions are generous. When you want decent food & a good ambiance without breaking the bank, this is a good choice!

Love this place! Best pasta restaurant in Montreal that I've tried. We do takeout from here often. The tortellini GiGi is always a family favorite. The chicken parm is great. I will be coming back for years to come!!!
