Le meilleur service au bar que je n'ai jamais eu de ma vie !! Les bartenders & serveurs sont à l'écoute & très conciliants. Je vous conseil ce barbar les yeux fermés ! Ils ont une variété de cocktails & des bières très diversifiés, vous y trouverez la boisson à votre goût, assurément.
Le meilleur service client que j'ai reçu dans un bar à Montréal. Jacques & Ismail sont très aimable, ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu & leurs particularités. Leurs cocktails sont incroyables, concoctés avec soin & amour. Parfait pour une date, ou impressionner un(e) ami(e).

Best bar in the plateau, super friendly staff , amazing food (specially the smash burger & gourmet fries) great cocktail selection & the beer is always perfect!
J'y suis allée avec une amie elle a pris des gnocchis & moi un aligot avec une saucisse. Mon amie a ADORÉ son plat & était très satisfaite de son cocktail aussi. Pour ma part, c'était le premier aligot que je mangeais & j'ai apprécié (mais pas trop de point de comparaison) & j'ai bien apprécié mon cocktail. Super ambiance, super décor & rien à redire sur le service je recommande overall. Un entre deux entre le bar & le restau, très appréciable dans son genre.
Juste WOW. Dès notre entrée dans la place, nous avons été super bien accueillis par le staff du bar. Nous avons eu la chance d'être servis par Ismaël, & quel service impeccable. Ma copine était plutôt indécise niveau cocktail, il a pris le temps de lui poser pleins de questions pour discerner ses goûts dans le but de lui faire la meilleure recommandation possible, chaque fois qu'on avait besoin de quelque chose c'est comme s'il nous entendait penser & apparaissait instantanément a la table. Nous y retournerons sans l'ombre d'un doute, super accueil, super endroit & super service !!
Insane spot, literally every single thing on the menu is good & Jacques the bartender is just so nice & one of the best ive seen... He explained all of our drinks in detail & customized my drinks with my taste!!

I'm a regular & I can say this is definitely somewhere to have a drink to catch up with a friend or have a simple nice date. If you come to just pass by & have a cocktail, this is definitely the place. If you're here to also eat, you won't be deceived! They make both their menu & their cocktail menu seasonal (with & without alcohol). The head bartender also makes his own non alcoholic liqueur so for the people that don't drink, this is your place! The creations there are as unique & as personalized as possible. The entire staff is friendly & I always end up in a small conversation with each & every one of them. I also pay different totals every so often so I won't put a specific price but I promise you won't be deceived at Projet Pilote!

Mention spéciale au barman Jacques, un vrai passionné qui maîtrise parfaitement l'art des mocktails avec des recettes originales & maîtrisées. Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le barman qui nous a recommandé (selon nos goûts) des cocktails originaux & délicieux. Le lieu n'est pas trop bruyant & la musique est bien choisie. Nous reviendrons.

Brasserie convivial où les serveurs & le barmaid sont très sympathiques. Les cocktails sont originaux & bons. Je vous conseille de tester les desserts & en particulier le gâteau au maïs qui est surprenant.
The beer was very good - I especially loved the Sweet Caroline (imperial stout), specifically the way it smelled. But the real kicker was that the bartender was so nice, I actually felt bad leaving (I apologized that I was going to leave).
Superb, imaginative cocktails were what the night called for, & Projet Pilote delivered. I discovered this bar on a trip to Montreal two years ago & it was top of my list of things to do on my return visit last night. Very knowledgeable & helpful staff helped my party select the perfect drinks. Thanks Ishmael & the rest of the Projet Pilote staff for a good night!
Jacques, the bartender, was fantastic: he made us off-menu cocktails based on our favorite ingredients & flavors. He's very knowledgeable & the drinks were consistently exceeding expectations.

We had an excellent time here; this was our neighborhood bar on our visit to Montreal. The service was impeccable & the bartenders fast friends. Such a friendly & fun vibe, made us feel like we could be exactly ourselves. The staff takes such good care with the cocktails, & they were absolutely stunning. Can't say enough good things!
Very pretty micro brewery & distillery with a nice atmosphere to meet friends & have a bite. The service is amazing & we loved to sit at the bar & chat with the chefs & bartenders. The cocktails are really really amazing! The beer is a little to wild for my taste. I like the food, small portions, but high quality. Thanks to the staff who recommended us lots of cocktail bars etc :)
Pub trouvé par hasard sur notre chemin. On est rentré par curiosité en voyant la déco très stylée. Pour notre dernière soirée à Montréal, on a kiffé. Ambiance, déco, bières & cocktail, le combo parfait. & surtout un service avec un personnel joyeux, plein d'humour, accueillant, souriant... & déguisé pour Halloween. Une fin de séjour parfaite dans ce bar qu'on aurait bien aimé connaître plus tôt.
