I have been a customer of this restaurant for years, mostly ordering delivery. However, on Saturday, August 1, I ordered a combo, & the tandoori chicken was spoiled. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell.

I called immediately to report the issue & request a resolution. The receptionist told me that someone would call me back. It is now Wednesday, & I still haven't received a call. That says a lot about how seriously they take an issue that is far from minor.

Serving spoiled food can make customers seriously ill, & failing to take responsibility afterward shows a lack of respect & accountability. It is very disappointing to see this level of customer service from a restaurant I have trusted for years.

Sadly, they have lost a customer.
