Menu Extra and Atelier Zébulon Perron present Bar Extra, a pop-up experience not to be missed.
From May 1 to 3, a striking circular bar comes to life in a retro-futuristic setting. Sculptural lighting, mirrored reflections, and a moody atmosphere come together to create a space that feels like a vision, somewhere between memory and fiction, all set within Menu Extra's space.
On the menu: a festive platter to share (or not):
celeriac and black Périgord truffle sandwich, snow crab with crème fraîche, cucumber with mussel, shoestring potatoes with house ketchup, and tequila jell-o shots.
To drink: Gibson, Last Word, Sbagliato, plus wines and mocktails.
