If you're looking for amazing sandwiches with quality ingredients, & a good atmosphere to enjoy your meal, Parma Cafe is the way to go! This location is spacious with lots of seating options. The staff & managers are welcoming & friendly! The food is always a 10/10. My go to is the Gigi panini or their cesar salad with extra chicken cutlet! They also have a large selection of affordable breakfast options!

Service was amazing, my family & I were treated with kindness & respect throughout our whole experience.
The food was a bit pricy but definitely worth it, I 100% recommend their panini's!!
Coffee was fresh & not expensive at all; I received a great quality coffee for a fair price!
All in all no complaints, only good vibes & great times.

One of my favourite spots in Laval to grab a quick coffee or a bite. In my few times here, I've tried the Parma Club, Spicy Steak & Capicollo sandwich & grilled chicken salad & they were all delicious. Uber orders are always upto par as well in terms of quality & freshness. Love this place

I had a wonderful experience at Parma cafe . The atmosphere is warm & thanks to the manager & her kind , inviting greeting . The food is delicious & you can tell they care about quality. Will be back soon. Amazing spot !

I just had the turkey & bacon panini & it was mid. I was disappointed. Maybe I chose the wrong panini. Quality wasn't there. I would be open to try another kind since they have so many variations. The interior is beautiful. However I would shift more of the focus on the quality of the ingredients ...the fancy takeout bag & cutlery must be costly...I thought I was getting fresh mozzarella rather than deli slices!

Very disappointed tonight after we ordered 2 panini of the month, at $17.95 each, we had 2 slices of steak, 6 arugula leafs in each sandwich. The last time I went, I had the steak/capocollo panini (again $17.95) which had one slice of each & I thought it was an off day but I guess it's the norm. I have been going to this location since then opening & I find the quality has gone down & it's very disappointing.
However, the service is always good, the restaurant has a good vibe & a beautiful terrace.

Food is delicious of quality & generous for the prices they offer.
The coffee is good & the desserts are top notch.
Go try it out, & beautiful Italian spot in Laval that makes it very easy to go back.

I visited Parma Cafe on a Saturday during peak lunch hours.
The service was fast & efficient, with the server being attentive enough to confirm my full order when I thought something might be missing. The table number system worked well.
While most prices are reasonable, some items may be slightly overpriced. However, the quality of the food made it feel worth it.
The cookies were outstanding, & the bread used for sandwiches was fantastic. Drinks were easy to enjoy. However, the fries were over-seasoned & under-salted, & the dipping sauce could be improved. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal.
Overall, everything was good, & I would return!

Went to Parma Cafe for a lunch date with my dad. I had the steak sandwich au jus & he had the sausage sandwich. Both were excellent. Not sure if they make their bread or purchase it from somewhere but whatever the case may be please don't ever change it. Fries with truffle mayo were also delicious. Coffee was very good as well. Price for quality & portions were on point. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend

The coffee & food are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The coffee beans could be of better quality, & the size of the coffee is not standard; it's more in line with American sizes. Despite this, I will return because there are limited options for coffee in Laval.

Whether with family, friends, colleagues, or just by myself working or reading, Café Parma is the best spot I know in Montreal & Laval. It feels like home, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The team is exceptionally friendly, & the quality of the coffee & food is outstanding. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, the service is very warm & friendly, great price for value/quality. The atmosphere is relaxed & modern. So happy you opened in Laval. Definitely can be a place you regularly go to in winter to change air.10/10
