They have screens for sports, tables for students & terrace for good weather days

Nowadays good service & decent pricing is very hard to come by. Parma café offers that, the staff looks happy & enganged, the management is always smiling & welcoming & it's some of my favourite coffee. I regularly go with my GF & we're definitely going to keep showing up. Clean place, good food, great service.
It's not a good place to go.
The service is mediocre, the cashier had an attitude & the waiter did a terrible job.
They brought me this cup of coffee cream, that was spilling everywhere, not even in a proper plate, or bothered to cleaned up the mess, when they brought it.
We stayed inside, & the music was extremely loud for a coffee shop. Not ideal to talk with friends, or study as some people were trying to do (the table beside ours).
We also ate some cakes, they all tasted terrible, & the texture was bad, as if they were laying there for days.
Its a cheap place to eat, the prices are cheap, so are the service, atmosphere, & food.
I dont not recommend this place at all...
The 5 stars reviews must be from the owner's family or firends, maybe even the employees. Because I dont see how could like this place.
All the tables were dirty on a Tuesday, it wasnt even that crowded.

We visit Parma Café at this location regularly for one simple reason: consistency. The food, service, & value are always excellent.
The steak sandwich, unlike many others we've tried, is actually generously filled & made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's consistently delicious. The restaurant is always clean, & management is visibly present, ensuring everything runs smoothly & that customers are well looked after.
If you're stopping by, I highly recommend their iced coffee as it's the perfect complement to the meal.
Went in for a coffee & pastry. The latte was alright. I chose a mini-cannoli filled with pistachio cream. It was good, but overpriced at $3.50 considering it was bite-sized.
The decor is very nice, but it did seem loud. Perhaps some acoustic-dampening material would help.
The sandwiches are phenomenal. Bread is fresh, meat is perfectly cooked & seasoned, veggies add a lot to the balance. The service is a little hit or miss depending on the staff. I love the food at Parma but the coffee is really mid, tastes a little bitter & burnt. Still a really cute place to hang out & grab a great steak baguette.
We took the paninis, one italian sausage & one steak & both was very good! Our favorite is definitely the sausage one it was full of flavours. The matcha was watery not very good but it's not their specialty so it was expected. However, my friend loved her coffee. It is a bit noisy but besides that would go back to try their croissant!
Went in just for a coffee, their cafe food menu looked pretty good though. I had a latte & it was some of the best latte I've had. The flavor was amazing, not over bearing & the milk & foam was so thick. Truly heart warming.
