It's not a good place to go.
The service is mediocre, the cashier had an attitude & the waiter did a terrible job.
They brought me this cup of coffee cream, that was spilling everywhere, not even in a proper plate, or bothered to cleaned up the mess, when they brought it.
We stayed inside, & the music was extremely loud for a coffee shop. Not ideal to talk with friends, or study as some people were trying to do (the table beside ours).
We also ate some cakes, they all tasted terrible, & the texture was bad, as if they were laying there for days.
Its a cheap place to eat, the prices are cheap, so are the service, atmosphere, & food.
I dont not recommend this place at all...
The 5 stars reviews must be from the owner's family or firends, maybe even the employees. Because I dont see how could like this place.

Restaurant bas de gamme. J'ai pris un plat de tortellini sauce rosé. Ça ne vaut certainement pas 16$. La sauce goûte la sauce rosé en pot. Un repas de semaine. Nous avons également pris un sandwich & le goût est vraiment ordinaire, il manquait d'amour dans le plat. Les aranchini sont ok mais la sauce d'accompagnement goûte la sauce tomate en boîte
Le restaurant en tant que tel est beau mais les plafonds très haut permet aux sons de voyager librement & le restaurant est ainsi extrêmement bruyant

I felt like the girl at the cashier that took our order didnt want to interact with us. Just a plain hi/bonjour no smile just no energy. Second is I hate tipping before being served cause of today itself, gave a 15% & service/food was bad. The other girl that came to drop our cafe glacé too felt off. But atleast the guy that came with the foods gave a nice interaction.
Foodwise, that's the complete opposite of what I had a year before. The steak panani was bland & watery. I literally left half of it. The caesar salad too was mid. Only good thing that remained good was the fries & truffle mayo. That's just sad. Hope this was just an isolated bad case. Good luck!

Menu was straightforward with quite a lot of Panini options.
Food came like 5min after ordering which was nice. I personally had the La Gigi which was good, compared the Turkey one, which I tasted too. Also, fries portion is real big 💯

We visit Parma Café at this location regularly for one simple reason: consistency. The food, service, & value are always excellent.
The steak sandwich, unlike many others we've tried, is actually generously filled & made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's consistently delicious. The restaurant is always clean, & management is visibly present, ensuring everything runs smoothly & that customers are well looked after.
If you're stopping by, I highly recommend their iced coffee as it's the perfect complement to the meal.

Honnêtement le café est super beau mais très bruyant, désagréable & impossible à étudier à cause de leurs règles.
En tant que cliente régulière & étudiante, leur limite de temps pour étudier dépasse le niveau de stupidité possible. On va te dire de t'asseoir au comptoir pour étudier alors qu'il n'y a aucune place, puisque tous ceux qui ont un ordinateur ou un iPad doivent aussi s'y asseoir. Les jeunes serveurs sont gentils mais leur chef d'équipe a énormément d'attitude surtout envers les étudiants.
On lui a expliqué qu'il n'y avait pas de place au comptoir & il nous a répondu qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. On a donc littéralement dû quitter le café parce qu'on ne pouvait pas utiliser nos appareils ailleurs. Il faut aussi savoir que c'était le week-end de la F1 donc le café était presque vide. Il y avait plus de tables libres que de clients ce qui est complètement aberrant & ridicule pour un endroit qui se dit être un'café'.
J'ai essayé de parler au chef d'équipe & il s'est mis à argumenter avec moi en disant que'avec l'expérience on voit des étudiants acheter une seule chose & rester ici pendant des heures donc c'est une perte & ce n'est pas une bibliothèque'. J'étais abasourdie.
Faut savoir qu'à chaque fois qu'on vient ici, on prend une salade, des frites, des pâtes & des boissons. on dépense un bon minimum 60$ parce qu'on se recommande une boisson après quelques temps. Cette fois ci, même en ayant commandé tout cela, on a même pas pu finir de manger, car on planifiait manger en même temps que d'étudier, mais on nous a littéralement mise à la porte, même s'il n'y avait personne dans le café. Super irrespectueux.
Argent gaspillé, nourritures pas consommées.

Anyways c'est vraiment dommage mais on ne reviendra plus jamais dans ce café parce que leurs règles & leur service ne font absolument aucun sens.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, welcoming, & genuinely kind without being overbearing. The atmosphere is calm & inviting, making it an ideal place to sit, relax, & enjoy your meal.
Overall, a well-rounded experience. I would absolutely return & highly recommend it.
I recently visited Parma Café & was pleasantly surprised. It's a great spot to grab a delicious coffee, but you can also come for lunch since they offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, & cold drinks.
The menu has a good selection of coffee options, & the desserts are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend the Caprese salad - it was fresh & really flavorful.
The service was exceptional, & the staff were genuinely kind & welcoming, which made the experience even better. The space is quite large, with a nice atmosphere, good music, & thoughtful decoration.
Overall, it's a beautiful place to visit at any time of the day, right in the heart of Laval.
Ive been here a few times my wife & we always enjoy everything they make. Everytime we go we try new things & we are never disappointed. The owners treat you like family the service is impeccable & the food is phenomenal. The coffee is fantastic! I would recommend for a quick bite, coffee & sweets or a full meal.

First time there & was pleased by the atmosphere & the delicious assortment of pastries & treats. I had a chocolate & caramel mousse, which was really good & not overly sweet. My macchiato coffee was also very good & made correctly. They did forget my food order, but once they were reminded, they served it up quickly. Recommended & eager to go back.
