At Parma Café, the spirit of Italy meets the vibrancy of a fast-casual restaurant. Enjoy an authentic espresso prepared to perfection, as if you were in Naples. The menu, featuring carefully prepared paninis and salads, will also take your taste buds on a culinary journey. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely coffee, Parma Café promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
Parma Café Laval comes across as a warm, bright Italian spot with excellent coffee, hearty paninis, and reliable desserts, and the staff are frequently described as friendly and attentive. The menu offers a good variety from paninis and salads to pastries, with favourites like a well loved panini and the monthly special, while the atmosphere is often noted as great for studying or meeting friends; however it can get quite loud during peak times and seating can be tight. Many reviewers praise fast service and consistent quality, with thoughtful touches from the team and owners, and takeout and catering receive positive notes, making Parma Café Laval a popular, dependable choice for a casual meal or coffee.
This place has been around for a little over a year & since the very beginning I've only had a great time at this establishment.
The amount of regulars, new-comers, & tourists who stop by is amazing. The staff are always friendly, eager to help when you're unsure on what to order. The food is always right & they are always willing to go the extra mile when something is unsatisfactory.
There are limited spaces to sit it's nice to see that the management try their best to make everyone happy. This is especially true when it comes to peak hours & having to make room for larger groups.
Food is always good & my personal favourite sandwich is the charcuterie with extra spicy mayo. Also don't skimp out & get yourself a dessert, the carrot cheesecake is perfect or tiramisu is a classic!
Great place for a coffee, meal or dessert. Atmosphere is wonderful & staff very friendly. Food is delicious as always. A great place in Laval an absolute must!!

Parking is plentiful at Centropolis & free. The restaurant is easy to find with google maps.
I came here on a Sunday for takeout so cannot speak too much about the atmosphere as I did not eat there. But I could see that it was very busy & full of people.
The menu is a good size with lots of options. I got the prosciutto sandwich & the og breaded chicken as well as a Nutella cookie & banana muffin cookie. The sandwiches were great but the desserts were a bit dry. The cookie is not as sweet as it looks, so if you like something very sugary, I would try something else.
I would definitely come back here if at least for their sandwiches.
Parma Café has a great ambiance with plenty of seating, even on short notice, which makes it a reliable spot whether you're meeting friends or just dropping in. The atmosphere is relaxed & inviting-perfect for studying or casually hanging out. The sandwiches here are amazing, & I highly recommend the **Gigi chicken**-it's packed with flavor & definitely a must-try. Desserts are also solid, especially the pistachio-based ones, though they were a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a great café with excellent food & a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved this place! Excellent service from Michelangelo. He gave great suggestions & looked like he was happy to be there. We came on a Tuesday at 3:00 & it was perfect. I had tried to come at lunch one day & it was packed. The bread for the paninis is perfect. Nice flavour & crunch, not too much doughy filling, big enough to encompass the layers, & it stays in tact until the last bite. The mortadella sandwich is delightful. We would prefer maybe another cheese, but over all great. The spicy steak sandwich, recommended by Mick, is amazing. Full of flavour & great ingredients. Spicy but manageable. The French fries are great. The sandwiches are about 18$. Not cheap, but worth it. We didn't have dessert this time but they look amazing. As a tea drinker I was happy to see & assortment of really good teas. Looking forward to coming back & trying everything.
