Loved the vibes of the cafe, specially during weekends. It's packed during weekends evening. Would recommend cappuccino, cafe mocha & chocolate cake. Cold coffee (frappe) & cannoli was okay!!
Clean & hygienic environment.
Went for a quick brunch, really cool vibes with traditional Italian music playing at just right volume. Had the Bagel cream cheese & egg omelet. It was delicious only thing I would recommend is for the bagel to have been a little meatier to better accommodate the omelet & dressings. coffee was EXCELLENT, try the latte light!!. Will definitely go back as it's a cool place to hang out.
Amazing service & taste,the ambiance is cozy . Finally a cafe place that let people enjoy the great food & vibe by putting a limit to those who sits with their laptop for hours & order only 1 cafe .

The vibe, the food, everything is great ,let not get me started on those pistachio cannoli OH MY GOD its a must, they are the best I ever tasted in my life hands down
Very disappointed tonight after we ordered 2 panini of the month, at $17.95 each, we had 2 slices of steak, 6 arugula leafs in each sandwich. The last time I went, I had the steak/capocollo panini (again $17.95) which had one slice of each & I thought it was an off day but I guess it's the norm. I have been going to this location since then opening & I find the quality has gone down & it's very disappointing.
However, the service is always good, the restaurant has a good vibe & a beautiful terrace.
I recently visited Parma Cafe for brunch.
On the up side, vibe was good. Cafe is modern, spacious & clean. Just not sure why they put TVs in there, kinda kills the cozy cafe vibe, oh well.
Food was ok! Breakfast panini was good but nothing crazy, however coffee was delicious & well done! Their cookie (which looked amazing in display) were rock hard, disappointing.
Unfortunately, the place fell short of my expectations for service. Although it was quick & efficient, the cashier was rude, never smiled & it felt like she didn't want to work there. The whole staff was just disinterested & no one seemed happy to be there, weird!

Desserts are also solid, especially the pistachio-based ones, though they were a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a great café with excellent food & a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a visit!
I love Parma Café at Marché Jean-Talon so was ecstatic when it came to Centropolis. Large, spacious, but still cozy & bright. Beats Café Milano Laval in terms of vibe (sorry Café Milano!) I just wished you 1) Served your breakfast sandwich all day (or later than 11) 2) Opened at 7 instead of 8 AM in the week. I sometimes would love a breakfast sandwich & coffee on my way to work ☕
