The sandwiches are phenomenal. Bread is fresh, meat is perfectly cooked & seasoned, veggies add a lot to the balance. The service is a little hit or miss depending on the staff. I love the food at Parma but the coffee is really mid, tastes a little bitter & burnt. Still a really cute place to hang out & grab a great steak baguette.
C'est quand même un grand café, avec beaucoup de places assises & une belle terrasse. Le service est rapide & courtois. Beaucoup de choix. Nous avons mangé un panini au steak épicé & un latte glacé. Tout était délicieux, mais je suggère quelques petites améliorations pour avoir un 5 étoiles. Les 2 moitiés de sandwich n'étaient pas garnis également. Un côté avait des oignons marinés, pas l'autre. Même chose pour les jalapenos. Ca mériterait plus de constance pour une meilleure expérience. Pour les lattes glacés, il manquait de glace. Après 2 minutes, elles étaient tous fondues. J'aime quand ça reste bien froid le temps que je déguste mon breuvage.
Une mention spéciale à la dame qui faisait le service sur la terrasse, très attentionnée aux clients sur place.

OG poulet was suppose to come with the eggplant but eggplant no where to be found. 20$ for a sandwich with no real taste & the bread wayyyyy to crunchy to even eat. The chicken has no flavour at all. Save yourself from going here.
Parma Café is a standout. I ordered the steak sandwich & it was excellent-perfectly cooked, flavorful, & clearly made with care.
The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, welcoming, & genuinely kind without being overbearing. The atmosphere is calm & inviting, making it an ideal place to sit, relax, & enjoy your meal.
Overall, a well-rounded experience. I would absolutely return & highly recommend it.
I recently visited Parma Café & was pleasantly surprised. It's a great spot to grab a delicious coffee, but you can also come for lunch since they offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, & cold drinks.
The menu has a good selection of coffee options, & the desserts are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend the Caprese salad - it was fresh & really flavorful.
The service was exceptional, & the staff were genuinely kind & welcoming, which made the experience even better. The space is quite large, with a nice atmosphere, good music, & thoughtful decoration.
Overall, it's a beautiful place to visit at any time of the day, right in the heart of Laval.
food is good, pasta & sandwiches are delicious. Coffee very good, salads need more dressing & matcha latte wasn't the best, especially for 7$ I had higher expectations…
