First time there & was pleased by the atmosphere & the delicious assortment of pastries & treats. I had a chocolate & caramel mousse, which was really good & not overly sweet. My macchiato coffee was also very good & made correctly. They did forget my food order, but once they were reminded, they served it up quickly. Recommended & eager to go back.
j'aurais pu mettre un 5 étoiles mais…Je suis un habitué du lieu, toujours eu un bon service jusqu'au 22 avril a 10a.m, la personne a la caisse, Ni Bonjour, ni sourire, ni merci… elle nous sert a table pareil, pas courtoise ni rien, bref quand on ne veut pas travailler on reste chez soi

Not the best, I sit & wait until they ask me go move around, I pick a table & they tell me to move, then I pick another one & told me they need it for more people (mind you at this point I have been 4 hours there CONSUMING as much as everyone else). Honestly you feel off, much better the cafe in front where you can sit & not be moved around. Plus the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Seems I am not the only one based on previous reviews. If you need to stay long time, I definitely do not recommend unless you come in a group, the only way you won't be bothered, be sure you will be highly prioritized (4+). Not coming back.
Place is packed, service is mediocre. We were three seated at a table. Two tables were stuck together. After finishing our meal, the waiter asked if he could split the tables & use one for other customers. We agreed, no problem. He offered drinks on the house for the inconvenience . Nobody used that table for at least 30 minutes. Dude comes back with one drink. We're three people...Staff is so lost. So disoraganized. First time going there. Won't ever catch me there again.
Service extrêmement désagréable du gérant. Sachez que vous ne pouvez pas utilisez vos ordinateurs/tablettes de 11h30 à 14h30 du lundi au jeudi & à partir de midi les autres jours avant de commander. Ils ne préviennent qu'une fois à table & le gérant le demande très brusquement.

Si vous cherchez un café au centropolis, c'est the place to go. Oubliez mandys ou presse café qui servent des potions ridicules & là quand de fraîcheur. Chez Parma, vous avez beaucoup de choix & de la nourriture fraîche & bonne. Les portions sont généreuses aussi. Le café est très beau visuellement mais la musique beaucoup trop forte. Globalement je recommande fortement meilleur qualité prix
Great Steak panini. Delicious. Love the bread they use. Heavenly sandwich. Love the truffle sauce with fries on the side & even got the tortellini Rosée. I was full & happy 😃. Amazing 🤩
Unfortunately, we couldn't get a table for four because the place was completely full. Most of the tables were occupied by students who seemed to stay for long periods, which made it difficult for other customers to find a seat. It would be advisable for the establishment to better manage table turnover for those who actually want to dine.
The sandwich à la Gigi was good & so were the French fries. Loved the truffle mayo they come with. It's a good study spot, very nice ambiance & lots of chargers. Can get pretty loud after 6 & laptops are not allowed 11:30-2:30 on weekdays. Other than that really nice place

Expérience très désagréable du début à la fin.
Nous avons demandé une table & tout semblait normal au départ. Mais dès que d'autres amis nous ont rejointes le gérant a changé de ton & nous a immédiatement lancé de manière sèche & offensive qu'il n'y avait plus de chaises.
Au lieu de gérer la situation calmement il s'est mis à nous reprocher de ne pas avoir donné le bon nombre dès le début. Nous avons pourtant essayé de trouver une solution en nous divisant en deux groupes, mais il a insisté pour qu'un groupe quitte les lieux. Le pire reste son comportement : il a commencé à crier sur nous au point où toute la salle s'est retournée pour nous regarder. Une situation humiliante & totalement inacceptable.
J'assume tout à fait que le nombre de personnes a changé entre-temps cela peut arriver. Mais cela ne lui donne en aucun cas le droit de nous manquer de respect.
Un minimum de professionnalisme & de savoir-vivre serait attendu dans ce genre d'établissement.
Résultat : nous sommes parties immédiatement & ne reviendrons jamais. À éviter.

First time at this Parma Cafe Laval. the food was excellent. My wife ordered the Chicken Sandwich & I had the Italian Sausage Sandwich on their made in house panini. Both were very fresh & tasty & worth the price.
The owner came over & asked if everything was ok, I couldn't lie & told him it was excellent & that he had a nice place.
Follow up.....
March 12, Had the steak sandwich & was so tasty, tender & juicy! Followed with a Latte & Zeppole to finish it off.

Honestly, this is the worst service I've experienced. The manager speaks very disrespectfully to customers. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a calm environment to study or work.
The service is horrible they made us leave the table where we were sat ( even tho the cafe was empty) because the table was reserved for no computers at this certain time? The Manager made us leave. If they implement a policy they should put it somewhere else in the store. We came from a long way to come & study & work here but then we get interrupted because of their policy that you can't use your laptop from 11:30 till 2:30 this is not mentioned anywhere.
Parma Cafe's panini of the month was AMAZING!!!!It was the perfect lunch! Cozy vibe & welcoming staff! Jay one of the partner was super chill, thanks for the recommendation!
