Definitely the best café in Town!!!😍😍😍
Everything was amazing, they don't rush you to eat & leave. We had time to actually relax, enjoy the menu & digest while tchating. They came & clean our tables without even asking, talk about excellent servic👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Very yummy cafe. Delicious food & pastries. Beautiful interior design, nice huuuge tv showing the olympics so that was nice too. Nice employees, the busboys especially!!

Good cafe with even better service. Giuliano gave excellent sandwich recommendations & clearly knows his job-confident, friendly, & spot on with his picks. The sandwich was fresh & well balanced. If you're unsure what to order, ask him. Definitely worth a visit.
Disgusting Service
I've been to this café multiple times, but my last visit will absolutely be my last. The service was beyond disrespectful & honestly embarrassing to witness.
When I arrived to join my friend at our table (we were supposed to be three people, but she arrived first), I immediately felt something was off. They had seated her in a tight corner where barely two people could fit, sitting directly across from each other. A few minutes later, we noticed a nearby table being cleared & decided to move there once it was empty, something we've done before without issue.
That's when a staff member/manager (not sure who he thought he was) stormed over & told my friend,'No, no, you can't sit here. Go back to your place.' I understand cafés get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for disrespect.
To make things worse, the table wasn't even being set for a group of three - it was for two people. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, this grown man chose to argue & shout in public at a younger woman. Truly shameful behavior. We weren't stealing seats, we weren't causing a scene, & we were leaving a clean table behind. Even if he owns the place, that does not give him the right to yell or belittle customers.
We decided to leave, at which point he continued making childish comments like babye under his breath & then kept arguing when confronted. Completely unprofessional. It was very clear he felt entitled to speak to us that way because we were'just girls.' Wrong move.
Moral of the story: get your act together. A grown man running or working in a café should know how to speak to people - especially paying customers. This place lacks basic respect & professionalism. Take your business elsewhere
What a shame for the location that this cafe has. Such a bad customer service from the manager, who raised his voice on the customers in front of everyone. nah never coming back here agian.

The food was amazing & definitely worth it, I 100% recommend their panini's!!
Coffee was fresh & not expensive at all; I received a great quality coffee for a great price!
All in all no complaints, only good vibes & great times.
Please fix the mobile application. There is no option to order & pay at the cafe. There is no option to pay by credit card. The only option was to pay by adding funds to a wallet, but that option didn't work either (when adding credit card information, it gives an error message because you didn't enter your address… but there was no spot to enter an address). Ordering through Uber Eats would've cost an extra $2 per item, so fortunately I was able to call & place an order.
Nous étions un groupe de 4 personnes. Nous n'avons pas d'ordinateur après 1 h 15, le gérant est venu nous demander de quitter les lieux. Nous étions choqués, car c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive.
Il y avait une autre table à côté de nous à qui il n'a rien demandé.
En plus, le gérant était stressé & s'est accroché à un client, ce qui n'est pas normal dans son comportement.

Le café & les gâteaux est excellent mais le service est très mauvais. On est arrivé moi & mon fils vers 13h. On a pris une table de 4 personnes car on attendait mon frère & son ami. Le serveur nous a demandé de changer la table vers une table pour deux personnes on lui a dis qu'on attendait deux personnes. Il était un peu bizarre. A 14h45 il nous a demandé de libérer la table car on ne peut paw s'asseoir 5 heures alors qu'on était 4 personnes & on a bien consommé les 4.
Je lui dis qu'on quitte mais on revient jamais a ce café. J'espère qu'il n'est pas le propriétaire. S'il est le propriétaire c'est encore grave
They call them self a cafe but only allow you to sit one hour if you have a laptop open lol?? Even if there seats available like at this point there embarrassing themselves… thank you next!!!
J'aimes bien venir le matin & etudier tranquillement avant le chaos du midi. La qualité du café est toujours constante!
Le menu du déjeuner au Parma Cafe est excellent!! J'ai pris un bagel dejeuner to go & un café ce matin, & tout était délicieux. Toujours bon de partir la journée du bon pied avec un staff souriant.
Je laisse normalement très rarement des avis, mais l'attitude du propriétaire m'a réellement outrée. Très gros manque d'hospitalité.
J'étais avec mon amie, nous étions deux & nous avons toutes les deux commandé & consommé comme n'importe quels clients. C'est seulement après avoir pris notre commande, & après avoir vu mon laptop ouvert, qu'on m'a clairement fait comprendre que je ne devais pas rester pour étudier & que je devais laisser ma place à d'autres clients. Je me suis sentie traitée comme un simple numéro plutôt que comme une cliente.
Si l'endroit n'est pas « study friendly », cela devrait être clairement indiqué dès le départ & communiqué avec respect. À ce stade, il faudrait aussi reconsidérer l'utilisation du mot « café » dans le nom de l'établissement, puisqu'on n'y retrouve ni l'accueil ni l'ambiance qu'on associe normalement à un café.
Parma café is my favorite spot ! The menu has great variety, the dishes are always cooked perfectly, & the service is top-notch. I always leave happy & will keep coming back!
If you're looking for amazing sandwiches with quality ingredients, & a good atmosphere to enjoy your meal, Parma Cafe is the way to go! This location is spacious with lots of seating options. The staff & managers are welcoming & friendly! The food is always a 10/10. My go to is the Gigi panini or their cesar salad with extra chicken cutlet! They also have a large selection of affordable breakfast options!
Je tiens à partager une expérience profondément décevante, au point où, si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait. Je n'ai jamais été traitée de cette manière dans un café, malgré le fait que j'en fréquente régulièrement.
Dès notre arrivée, la gérante a présumé, simplement en voyant nos sacs à dos, que nous allions sortir nos ordinateurs & nous a imposé une limite d'une heure, sans même attendre que nous nous installions. Par la suite, elle n'a cessé de nous observer de manière insistante, créant un climat de malaise même après que nous ayons commandé cafés & repas. Son attitude intrusive nous a forcés à changer de place à plusieurs reprises.
Elle est finalement revenue nous dire : « Les filles, il serait temps de commander autre chose », insinuant que nous occupions l'espace gratuitement, alors que plusieurs tables étaient libres. Lorsque j'ai exprimé notre inconfort, elle a défendu son comportement en prétendant être'polie', ce qui était loin d'être le cas. Cette façon de s'adresser aux clients témoigne d'un manque flagrant de professionnalisme, d'un manque de formation évident, & d'une méconnaissance totale des bases du service à la clientèle.
Ce qui est le plus préoccupant, c'est qu'une chaîne aussi reconnue permette qu'un personnel gérant adopte une attitude aussi déplacée, sans intervention malgré les nombreux commentaires similaires. On s'attend naturellement à être traités avec respect comme des personnes, & non comme de simples transactions.
First time at this Parma Cafe & the food was excellent. My wife ordered the Chicken Sandwich & I had the Italian Sausage Sandwich on their made in house panini. Both were very fresh & tasty & worth the price.
The owner came over & asked if everything was ok, I couldn't lie & told him it was excellent & that he had a nice place.
Loved the vibes of the cafe, specially during weekends. It's packed during weekends evening. Would recommend cappuccino, cafe mocha & chocolate cake. Cold coffee (frappe) & cannoli was okay!!
Clean & hygienic environment.
