This Italian restaurant in Old Montreal is truly Beautiful & an absolute must-visit. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, & you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food is authentic & bursting with rich flavors - you can taste the quality in every bite. The drinks were not only fantastic but also generously portioned & reasonably priced. The service was outstanding; the staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome, adding to the experience regardless of where you're from. It was our first visit, & it made our trip unforgettable. I can't wait to come back!
The food was disappointing. Option 15 which was linguini smothered in a cream sauce & undercooked chunks of onions. The chunked onions should not have been noticeable. Really quite gross. I thought it was closed dish to Cabonaro. Nope not even close. The Italian Kaiser rolls were not fresh at least day old. My wife's dish was ok but she eats anything. The best was the kids menu we got my grandson. It was good. All in all very disappointed. The salad bar that can be a meal at 15$ is a joke tomatoes beets, a weird potato salad & kale. Not great. Just kind of a rip off. É
Food was great. We had 3 different pasta dishes. All three were delicious. Tiramisu & Mousse au chocolat were fantastic. Service is great. Will be back
We recently dined at this restaurant , & the food was outstanding. The lamb chops with pesto spaghetti were the absolute highlight of the meal-perfectly cooked & bursting with flavor. Their salad bar was fresh & well-stocked, & the tiramisu was a deliciously creamy treat to end the meal. However, the service could use a bit of improvement. Our starter was forgotten, & we weren't offered fresh Parmesan or pepper, which would have enhanced the experience. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the food makes L'Usine de Spaghetti worth a visit!

Fabulous!!! Best meal in Montreal. Balanced flavors, perfect portions, & the bonus salad bar & bread were 100%. Friendly service & beautiful atmosphere, definitely recommend
The perfect place for a nice dinner with a friend or a date. The pasta was good but the lamb chops were some of the best I've ever had. I savored every bite until my plate was clean. The atmosphere was slightly intimate but not overly romantic. The prices were somewhat high but after eating the food I understood why. It's that good. If you ever want some good pasta this should be the top of your list.
Très bon service. Notre serveuse était très sympathique. Nos plats étaient bons, j'améliorais un peu le choix des salades, peut-être faudrait-il utiliser moins de mayonnaise pour les rendre végétalienne.

Nous avons été attirés par leur menu du jour, & les linguini buratta & chili... & nous nous sommes régalés ! Les produits sont frais & bien préparés, & notre repas était d'un très bon rapport qualité / prix ! Notre serveur était également très attentif & agréable ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse 👍
place was definitely pretty & nice. food was really good. we got jean talon pasta (cream base, no.20) & chicken parm pasta (tomato base, no.18). please try! also, they dont accept amex. beware if you're sharing the meals, you're not entitled to the salad bar, its an additional $15. we were 3 pax sharing two meals so it would be an additional $15 to cover 3 of us at the salad bar.
J'aime aller à ce restaurant après une visite dans le vieux port. Le service est bon & rapide. Le pain est ordinaire & le bar à salade peu garnie mais pas nécessaire puisque les plats sont copieux. Sans oublier les desserts!
