Le service est globalement attentif et compétent, avec des serveurs et barmen qui savent conseiller et personnaliser l'expérience, même si certains retours mentionnent des moments d'attente ou des petits accrocs ponctuels. L'expérience est souvent décrite comme mémorable et digne d'une occasion spéciale, avec des gestes du chef et une attention chaleureuse, et beaucoup apprécient aussi le cadre et la véranda lumineuse. I was there for lunch with a group. I had the miso soup & sashimi lunch express. The sashimi isn't served the traditional Japanese way with wasabi, & yet the ginger & the sauce made it very delicious. The side salad of kohlrabi was super fresh & it had such a nice crunch. The mocktail aloha jatoba is a nice drink if you like fruity taste. The restaurant has beautiful decor & excellent service. There's a complimentary coat room at the reception. An excellent idea for winter!
We celebrated my girlfriend's 40th birthday last night & had an unforgettable supper at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us with a warm smile & made us feel genuinely welcome, setting a relaxed & celebratory tone for the evening.
Our waiter was attentive, courteous, & friendly throughout the meal, always checking in at just the right moments & acknowledging that it was a special occasion for us.What truly elevated the experience was when Chef Olivier personally came to our table to say hello & present a few of the dishes himself. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly honored, & my girlfriend felt extra special, as if the whole team was celebrating with us.
The combination of warm hospitality, professional service, & that personal touch from the chef turned a simple night out into a beautiful memory that we will cherish for a long time.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate an important milestone or simply enjoy a memorable evening.

One of our absolute favorite restaurants. The food is incredible & beautifully presented. The service is outstanding, staff are very knowledgeable, attentive, & our drinks refilled quickly. We've been coming here for years, & I can't wait to go back every time.

Outstanding Lunch at Jatoba - Juliette Made It Exceptional!
We stopped by Jatoba for lunch & were absolutely blown away. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented - every plate felt like a small work of art. The setting was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a midday break.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was our waitress, Juliette. She was warm, attentive, & made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. Her recommendations were excellent, & her friendly energy added so much to the meal.
Jatoba is always a great choice, but Juliette turned a great lunch into a fantastic one. We'll definitely be back - & we'll be asking for her again!
Beautiful place & great ambiance. Food is very fresh & vibrant. Many options for meat & fish. Staff were all on point with well informed on all dishes & pairings. Dessert options are also vast. Must try spot.
Culinary excellence at its finest. The dishes are beautifully presented, & the unique way in which the flavours come together in each dish is just sensational & a true work of art. Even the cocktails are crafted to perfection. The ambiance at Jatoba is chic & vibrant, with comfortable seating. Service is fantastic. This was our first time eating at Jatoba. We sat at the bar. The bartender, Thomas, was so friendly & informative. He gave us some tips on making cocktails for when we entertain. Our server was very attentive. She gave us good recommendations. Our dishes were brought out promptly & everything was delicious & well presented. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting. The place was filled with beautiful plants.
Beautiful dinner with the wife ! Great ambiance. We sat at the bar. Started with a cocktail then wen for Sake ! Great night & service although a bit pricy.
Excellent meal & wonderful service. Lots of choices. Maybe the best scallops I've ever had. Beautiful decor & interesting music at a moderate volume so we could enjoy it & hold a conversation.
Beautiful setting with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food & cocktails were nothing short of exceptional, perfectly balancing traditional & modern Japanese flavors. The staff were both friendly & professional, with spot-on recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended!

What an excellent chance find. Amazing wok lamb with dried chillies. Fantastic service at the bar from Amelie. Look your best, all the staff are beautiful or handsome!!!!!
Beautiful restaurant & the service was great. The food was beautifully presented, however the experience of eating it was mediocre at best. Had a nice date night, took my wife out for her birthday but for the price I paid for the food we ate, I would never go back.

Service was excellent, very beautiful space & ambiance. The food was good but not good enough to justify the costs given the portions. My feedback would be to review certain dishes such as the brussel sprouts chips. Lovely experience overall. Thank you for having us.
