Jack Astor's is described across reviews as a lively sports bar style restaurant where big screens, warm lighting, and a friendly, attentive staff create a welcoming vibe for groups and casual dinners. The food earns praise for generous portions and solid flavors, with burgers, nachos, pasta, chicken dishes, garlic bread, and desserts among the frequent highlights, and cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks also getting good notes. Service is repeatedly singled out as fast, courteous, and personable, though a few visits note slower moments, occasional lapses in cleanliness, or times when the noise and crowds made conversation difficult. Overall the consensus points to a dependable, fun spot for a night out or game day, with most patrons planning to return even if a visit has a hiccup.
Sarah was a very sweet server :) service was fast but nachos had less cheese than usual. Overall nice, specially cuz Sarah was very attentive & practiced her Spanish with us.
Great experience at Jack Astor's! Our server was a true one-man army - super attentive, friendly, & always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. The service really made our visit special. The pina colada was very good & refreshing. We also loved the garlic bread & nachos; they were absolutely delicious & full of flavor. Everything came out fresh & well prepared. I'll definitely be coming back & highly recommend this place!
Our waitress Zarah was very sweet. She made sure that she got our order right & checked in on us throughout the meal. You couldn't tell it was only her third shift.
