Sarah was a very sweet server :) service was fast but nachos had less cheese than usual. Overall nice, specially cuz Sarah was very attentive & practiced her Spanish with us.
Great experience at Jack Astor's! Our server was a true one-man army - super attentive, friendly, & always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. The service really made our visit special. The pina colada was very good & refreshing. We also loved the garlic bread & nachos; they were absolutely delicious & full of flavor. Everything came out fresh & well prepared. I'll definitely be coming back & highly recommend this place!

Jack Astor's never disappoints! The food & ambiance are always great, & we had the best host Charlotte, super friendly, attentive, & made our night even better, I spilled my drink & she was super patient with us & gave us a refill. Always a great experience here!

Hier soir, j'ai dîné au restaurant Jack Astor, & je suis ravi de partager mon expérience. Dès mon arrivée, l'ambiance chaleureuse & le décor élégant m'ont tout de suite mis à l'aise. Mais ce qui a véritablement marqué ma soirée, c'est le service impeccable, en particulier grâce à Abi, notre serveuse.
Abi s'est montrée attentive, souriante & d'une grande efficacité. Elle connaissait parfaitement le menu & a su nous conseiller avec justesse. Elle s'est également assurée tout au long du repas que tout se passait bien, sans jamais être intrusive.
Les plats étaient savoureux, bien présentés & servis rapidement, ce qui est toujours un plus. Mention spéciale au dessert
Grâce à abi & à l'équipe, cette soirée a été une réussite. Je recommande vivement Jack Astor pour un repas de qualité, avec un service aussi professionnel que chaleureux. Merci encore, Abi, pour votre attention & votre gentillesse !
We had a great experience at Jack Astor's! Our server, Rachelle, was fantastic - super friendly, attentive, & quick with everything we needed. We ordered the beef nachos, which came out hot, fresh, & loaded with toppings. Definitely hit the spot. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, making it a fun place to relax & enjoy a bite. Thanks to Rachelle for making it such a positive visit - we'll definitely be back! I'd also like to give a shout out to Bash who ensured we had a pleasant experience.

I've been served by Tristan many times over the years-he's truly a gem. Always attentive & consistently offers outstanding service. I used to come here regularly but took a break to explore new spots. That said, the staff here remain fantastic. Keep up the great work!
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Heidi at Jack Astor's, & I cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Heidi is the kind of server who truly elevates your dining experience - she's attentive without ever being overbearing, & she has this effortless way of making you feel like a VIP.
Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the menu (offering great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on), but she also had such a fun, positive energy that made the entire meal even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests & takes real pride in her work. Every little detail - from the timing of the food to checking in on us at just the right moments - was absolutely perfect.
It's rare to find someone who blends professionalism, kindness, & a true passion for what they do as naturally as Heidi does. She made our visit unforgettable, & I will definitely be coming back - & asking for Heidi by name! If you get the chance to have her as your server, consider yourself lucky. Jack Astor's has a true gem in Heidi!

Jack Astor's in Laval is a great place to hang out with an amazing atmosphere. I visited recently & ordered food, but there was a slight delay with one of my dishes. The staff were very professional & removed that item from our bill without hesitation. The food was excellent, & everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The staff are friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to coming back again.
