The chicken goat cheese wrap was packed with so much mayonnaise sauce that the tortilla was soggy underneath, the french fries had so much salt on them!!!
A friend of mine ordered the chicken parmigiana & when she asked the waitress for some cheese on top of her pasta the waitress said it already had some .
I think someone should tell the waitress that when pasta is served at any restaurant in Montreal they usually offer grated parmigiana cheese on top.

Of ingredient's are inside any of the dishes .
We ordered a hot brownie with ice cream & the brownie was cold & we told our waitress she simply said , ice cream is always served cold .. lol..lol
4 people we paid $200.00 , for that price it's better to head to your local supermarket & shop a weeks worth of food for your family & cook it to your liking .
We don't mind paying to go out & eat but this was a big disappointment for the whole group . We will definitely not be going back to this location again .

Good service from Zarah food good value , steak , pasta chicken 2 drinks 2 coffees 1 dessert all in 155. One issue cutlery not properly cleaned handles were sticky . Time to upgrade the dishwashers .also there were nat like fruit flies all around table
Love this place go here all the time!! Their asiago chicken is firee its what I usually get, got a burger this time & it was amazing their buns are made in house. A special thank you to Abi for the amazing service 💯

Asia go crusted bow tie pasta with mushrooms & sun-dried tomatoes was delicious! We added chicken & it was so yummy! Chicken Parm & wings were also really good.
Best Buffalo fried chicken tenders, service is prompt & a very friendly Eryka took amazing care of us. Entertainment for the whole family while waiting for our food, the colouring placemats are amazing, kids menu & adult menu has a wide range of choices. Give it a try!
Be cautious when checking the receipt. After having too much to drink, the waiter may try to trick you by inflating the prices when it's time to pay. I ordered the chicken truffle for $23, but they charged me $32 on the bill. I was with my friends business executives & felt too embarrassed to correct the price. I don't mind paying, but I expect honesty from this restaurant.
we came for dinner & drinks ahead of the charli xcx show at centre bell & we ended up having charlotte as our server! a super happy coincidence. the food was great (sauced up chicken fingers always) & charlotte made sure we had lots of fun & were hyped for the show. thanks for everything!!
Our entire experience here was just nearly flawless. We received excellent bilingual service from our waitress. Since we were eating on the terrace (which is heated), they allowed us to have our dog. Our waitress noticed & even brought her some water! The food was excellent. My chicken was moist, tender, & flavourful. The fries were seasoned quite nicely. The reason I removed a star is because 2 fairly common items were unavailable from the menu because they ran out. If we arrived late in the evening I'd understand. But not having & lemonade or beef patties remaining at 6-6:30 is a little wild. Thankfully the menu had tons of other solid items to choose. Our Plan B was still delicious.
I went to Jack Astor's to celebrate with coworkers. The ambiance is really a bar ambiance with all the tvs on sports channels & loud music. We were seated at a tall table since we were over 20 people. I'm a short person. When I sat down, the table reached to my chest. It's not the most comfortable way to eat, but besides that, daiquiri & the chicken tacos were good.

I had their "Club Sandwich" which turned out to be a major disappointment. Not that it tasted poor, in fact it tasted good - but it just isn't a club sandwich. It contained a southwest sauce & arugula, which is fine; i'm not against mixing up the recipe & the bread was focaccia, which was all fine. The problem is that it didn't have a middle layer of bread, making it a simple sandwich, not a club sandwich. The chicken, while tasting good, was TINY. In factm there was 3-4 times more bread than there was chicken. The ratio was WAY off. The chicken is supposed to be the STAR of this sandwich & it was relegated to the backstage. Service was good but not great (never came to refill water but very polite) but it is LOUD in here, making it difficult to have any kind of decent conversation.
After spending a couple of hours at the Cosmodome, we decided to go for a late lunch/early dinner. This looked like it would fit the bill & it certainly did. Very friendly service & top notch food & drinks! Loved the chicken fingers! Delicious!
The staff & service was great & food was okay - but food is okay for the whole franchise. I've been to another Jack Astor & the food is just mid all across. Felt flat, taste wise, & chicken was stringy. The fries are good at least.
